The League: Bloodlines ((Started/Closed))

Fuam scooped Eve up as she tried to make her way toward the cave, wincing somewhat as pain lanced through his arm but otherwise seeming unbothered, simultaneously saying "Trying to be helpful, don't hit me."

He then headed for the cave "Lorronix. Can you gather some wood for a fire?" He queried, looking briefly to the lupine in question.

Matridom followed the rest of the group into the cave and saw they were trying to get a fire going. "Let me help with that" she picked up a rock and struck it against her arm, a spark then the fire lit. After seeing the fire was lit she retreated to a cold corner of the cave and said " If you're wondering why i don't like fire, im based off ice, not fire. so it hurts me to be near it. Also anyone learn anything?"

Eve holds a shard of a sword one of the Fauns held earlier. She moved it on top of the fire and waited for it to heat up. "While we're catching our breath, Did any of you find it strange that this cave simply popped ?" Eve turned to her comrades.

"more than a little bit...it's a nice shelter against any bad weather but...I don't think it would be advisable to linger here too long."
Fuam remarked as he looked around the cave slowly, fidgeting lightly.

"I say we put the ***** up front-" Eve pointed at Lorronix, "-Did you do anything back there?" she added. Eve took the shard and placed it against her thigh. Eve began screaming, the wound closing up. As she screamed, the bald part of her scalp began growing hair at trumendous speed. "I need to finish this" Eve said as she began crying instinctively, "Happens every day-" Eve said, but before she finished her sentence she placed the shard again at her shoulder, pressing it on the wound.
Eve began hyper-ventilating, but after a few moments she calmed down.
"Next time someone shoots at us-" Eve pointed at Martidom, "-You could at least try to stop the arrows." Eve finished her sentence .

Approaching zero hour, everyone get ready for sombat.
If I don't see others that should be in the left path I will carry on without you.

Eve looked at her pale hand, "I was on the verge of blacking out" she said.
"I should avoid using projectiles-" Eve looked at her torn fingertips, now a group of formed scars. "-You did a good job handling the Centaur" Eve looked at Faum.

"Thanks. Though I hope I never have to do something like that again. You did good handling...pretty much everything else...well: you and The Enemy."
He said, nodding to the two mentioned as he tried to warm himself by the fire "And yes...I would tend to agree on the projectiles."

"if it helps eve, i'll go first when we move." Matridom said, then noticing Lorronix flinching at the sight of the fire., Matridom moved her wing to block it from her vision and protect her if it flared up. "Better?"

The Enemy came in with a handful of wood for thte fire. She set it down by the flames and sat. "Eve," she said, "if you ever need some weapons and don't want to mutilate yourself, just ask me. Just remember to give them back afterwards." She placed a few sticks on the fire.

"You have no handle for the sword" Eve looked at 'the enemy'.
"I'm fine with what I have-" Eve looked at her newly acquired scars on her body, "-Pain drives me forward." she added.

Fuam sat there, grimacing lightly as he began repeatedly touching his other four fingers to his thumb "Well..It hurts like the fires of Hades...but I don't think anything important was damaged." He said, thinking aloud.
"So: How's everyone holding up thus far? everyone still feel among the living?" He queried with a grin

Eve stood up, her body almost completely regenerated.
"We should go and help the others. This cave should let us go out the other side of the mountain. We should go" Eve said to the group.

Fuam stood and stretched "You heard the lady." Was all he said, looking around the cave and retrieving some moss from the sides, then moving and grabbing a stick, skewering the moss before lighting it in the fire, making a makeshift torch.

I'll be offline but I'll let you walk through the cave a bit, talk about strategy and why the hell we're going inside a cave.

"No, I don't think they have." Ramba told Strife as they went further in. "I can't speak for the other group, though. They may have actually managed to find the cave. Or perhaps they did not. I suppose it doesn't really matter in the long run."
