~Sorti~

One of the guardsmen was quick to reassure the young Rito when he asked if they were planning on sending a letter to his parents.

"Unless we find out you were involved in this attack? No, you won't have to worry about anything like that."

"Oh, good! I can just imagine mom if she heard my first adventure ended up with me being arrested." the boy said with a short laugh.

Turning, he glanced at the crowd, still taking pictographs and cheering, and Sorti couldn't help but start to smile and wave a little bit. After all, he and the others did help defend Castle Town. A little recognition couldn't hurt. And who knew, maybe it would not only keep him from being shoved into a cage, but maybe net him a few souvenirs to send back to Dragon Roost.

So, he followed behind the guardsmen as they led him to wherever they planned on question him, mostly confident that they wouldn't keep him for too long. After all, he didn't do anything wrong. At least, he hoped.

Impa and Shah spoke back and forth. Ro quickly looked at a winded crazed Lynd, and a dead Bokoblin.

Impa began to speak. "Anyways, I'm pleased to see you all dealt with the problem and..." She was interrupted as a pink light came from the Bokoblin's clothing, revealing a a fairy.

"He brought a healing fairy with him. How handy." She fished in her cloak for something. The fairy mended the lethal wounds and the Bokoblin rose facing Lynd.

"A CUT ABOVE THE USUAL-" As he began to speak a group of needles dug into his body, causing him to collapse to the ground. Impa seemingly used them to paralyze the monster. Fascinating. Ro hoped he could have a chance to analyze the poison. FOCUS, he thought. "Four against one? Come on, that's not fair. I thought good guys were supposed to fight fair."

He could still speak but his limbs seem to be paralyzed. Ro moved in and kicked away the machetes. He gave a cursory examination of the monster clothing to make sure it no other hidden items, especially no other fairies. As he was patting down the thankfully paralyzed beast, taking extra precaution to avoid the needles and his still active mouth, he quickly glanced up at Impa. "Thank you for the rescue Lord Shah and Lady Impa." Ro figured they should detain him, possibly knock him unconscious, but he knew he should ask first. "What should we do with him now?"

"Fine. We'll not bind the lizard.

Eyes narrowed, Hyoko went to check on Ragnar, very much aware of the guard's eyes on her. Ignoring them, she instead focused on the people tending to the Dinofols' wounds.

"Hey, need any help?"

"Hey, need any help?" Asked Hyoko, which caused Cecilia to look up at the female Gerudo whilst in the process of trying to staunch the bleeding that was going on inside of Ragnar whereas Ashei was busy of applying a salve that to where there were signs of broken bones than bandaging the effect areas to help the salve work it's way into the scaly skin; the effect of such an item would be to help take some of the pain away from the joints when Ragnar woke up.

"Unless you happen to know a lot about Lizalfos physiology, or advanced healing techniques to help treat the laundry list of injuries this one has, not a whole lot you can do I'm afraid." Responded Cecilia as she began to think of anything useful that the Gerudo could do.

"Mind you, you could help me with staunching the flow of blood coming from him. All you'd have to do is apply pressure to these wounds, whilst I use some of these bandages." She then added, pulling out several bundles of the white cotton bandages from her satchel.

"Once he's stabilized enough, we can slowly introduce a Red Potion into his system to help heal his injuries. Though given the small amount of time we've been allocated, we'll have to do some of this back at the Castle."

Jakaboq flinched at looter's fate.

He was sure not to share it, a flaming hot ass probably wasn't a good thing to have. The Bokoblin grinned as he sank into the shadows and slunk over to the leftovers, surprised that the looters had left valuable things such as bottles and rope behind. Jakaboq wished that he could've taken every single coil of rope and every bottle that was still whole, but alas, he could only carry so much. With spending so much time focussed on the ground, he began to notice something, a lump in the middle of the street. Or rather, someone. A figure among the wreckage. Jakaboq knew what to do - even more looting! Blame his pirate blood. That, and the 'blin wanted to be out of the way of whoever that nasty ***** was, which meant leaving Market Street and probably blending in with that crowd near the Lanyru Gate. And that body was just on the way. Or, let's face it, something shined and Jakaboq wanted it.

Loot was indeed on the young Bokoblin's mind.

Ro found several items of interest as he patted down the Bokoblin: an empty bottle, two bombchus, some deku nuts, a dagger, a grappling hook, a firework, a large sack and a half-dozen small silver keys. Along with the pair of machetes.

"Fairness doesn't extend to assassins." Impa said.

"Aw come on! I haven't killed anyone yet." the Bokoblin replied. "In fact, that guardsman killed me. If anything you should arrest hi-ahhhhhhh! Ouch! Ouch!"

Impa reached down and grabbed him by his bunny hood. He yanked on one of the ears, causing the Bokoblin to wince and cry out in pain. "Hmm. That's odd. It won't come off. And pulling it seems to hurt him." She released her grip and turned back to Ro. "We're going to take him down for interrogation. I expect he'll be having company too. Those Dinolfos outside the palace were mopped up rather quickly. And Commander Sigrid has likely taken many prisoners."

Her eyes wandered over both Lynd and Ro. "I will be carrying out the questioning. I'd like the two of you to assist in doing so. Although, specifically, I'd like you to assist in dragging that miserable creature downstairs. These old bones aren't fit for heavy lifting." A small chuckle could be heard from behind that hood.

[HEADING=2]Market Street[/HEADING]

Commander Sigrid continued to patrol the streets. The looters had vanished already, but she still needed to secure the perimeter. Her cold eyes continued to scan the marketplace as she marched forward. She came to a halt when she thought she saw something; the form of a bokoblin creeping in the shadows.

She turned around, sword ready as she prepared to investigate. But then a looter came laughing out of an adjacent alley, a toothy grin on his face and a mountain of fireworks in his arms.

The looter froze, turned around and began running after he spotted Sigrid. She gave chase, not wanting to risk hitting explosives with an energy beam. Her knights abandoned the marketplace and moved on to make sure the Lanayru Gate was secured.

[HEADING=2]The Castle[/HEADING]

There were thirty-five people seated outside the castle dungeon. The group consisted of: Sorti, Bannog, Hyoko, Ragnar, Ingo, Erryn, Erryn's entire crew, the mercenaries, three Dinolfos, Valentine, Hogan and the pink Bokoblin with the bunny hood.

Most of them were not bound to their seats. Those who were tied-up included any Dinolfos who wasn't Ragnar, Hogan, the Bokoblin and a rather bruised Ingo. Valentine was surprisingly not bound to his seat, and unlike Ingo had apparently received treatment to his injuries. Although not bound, Ragnar was seated alongside the other Dinolfos who shot him hateful glares. All three of them had bandages and torn cloth wrapped around various parts of their limbs.

Eventually a hooded figure with red-eyes stepped into the room, followed by a pair of Hylian men. Impa held in her hands one of the crappy-looking brainwashing masks and the Mask of Steel. She stared at both of them before lifting her gaze to the ragtags lined up in front of her.

"Well?"

Dozens of voices rang out at once. "Knight-Commander, I simply taking a walk along the plaza when I saw this silver-scaled Dinolfos attempting to steal the Sacred Stones!" said Valentine. "He was being assisted by a brigade of pirates and mercenaries and other such scum. I attempted to stop them, but they beat me to the ground and tried to burn me to death!"

"I've got a better question. What did the guardsman say before he stabbed the blin through the heart?" the Bokoblin said, grinning stupidly. "'I am placing you under cardiac arrest'!

"DEATH TO THE FALSE GODDESSES!" "LONG LIVE GANON!" "KILL THE SILVER! KILL HIM!" the Dinolfos shouted.

Hogan, still out cold, continued to snore.

Roughly three dozen or so people were seated outside the Castle Dungeon. Most of them were people from the marketplace plaza fight earlier, but there were a couple of new faces, including a pack three Dinolfos that were tied up along with several others. A few minutes later, a hooded figure with red eyes stepped into the room, followed closely by a pair of guards. The hooded figure held in one hand one of the masks used to brainwash people, in the other, a mask that looked as though it was made of metal.

Erryn was sat between Faulkner and Tyrus, as the three most senior members of the crew, with the rest sitting behind them.

"Knight-Commander, I simply taking a walk along the plaza when I saw this silver-scaled Dinolfos attempting to steal the Sacred Stones!" Valentine exclaimed, getting his story in first. "He was being assisted by a brigade of pirates and mercenaries and other such scum. I attempted to stop them, but they beat me to the ground and tried to burn me to death!"

"What utter drivel that man speaks!" Erryn said as she rose from her seat.

"M'lady Impa, what that man says is but a twisted version of events, tailored to suit his own needs and save his own hide from those he worked with. Both Mr Valentine, and that unconscious Goron called Hogan over there are in fact in cahoots with one another, and several others who managed to evade custody. Hogan gave out those poorly designed masks to as many people as he could; so when the time was right, Valentine here played a rather haunting melody that enthralled anyone who wore one."

"Midst the chaos of the situation, two Aerolfos lead by a large Rito swooped in and stole the Sacred Stones atop the fountain, with the intention of carrying them off somewhere. We were lucky that two of my crew were able to recover the Zora Sapphire given the circumstances."

Hyoko twiddled her thumbs nervously, unsure of what they wanted from her. She listened halfheartedly as various voices rang out in response to the cloaked woman's questions.

"M'lady Impa, what that man says is but a twisted version of events, tailored to suit his own needs and save his own hide from those he worked with. Both Mr Valentine, and that unconscious Goron called Hogan over there are in fact in cahoots with one another, and several others who managed to evade custody. Hogan gave out those poorly designed masks to as many people as he could; so when the time was right, Valentine here played a rather haunting melody that enthralled anyone who wore one." A Hylian woman spoke up, and Hyoko felt obliged to add her own thoughts.

"I can vouch for that," she said, unusually nervous for once. "I happened to have taken one of the masks, and when the music started playing, I felt a pressure on the side of my head. If I hadn't pulled it off... I don't know what would have happened." She swallowed hard, seeing all of the eyes on her. "That's all."

Hyoko sat down quickly, wondering why she was being so timid. If anything, she liked being the center of attention... but under the circumstances, she couldn't help but feel a bit uncomfortable...

Ro had tried to clean himself up before entering the interrogation room. He was walking beside Lady Impa now. He had seen her numerous times around the castle and noble house as a child but had never spoken a single word to her. Now he was standing beside her alongside Lynd. Ro shifted uncomfortably starring at the dried blood on his clothing.

The assorted crowd in the room had began pleading there cases. A dapper looking gentleman in a torn suit pointed fingers at a terrifying looking silver Dinolfos and a bunch of Hylians who he said were pirates.

The pink psychopath unnerved Ro, but his use of terrible puns somehow put Ro at ease.

A group of Dinolfos were shouting off hateful remarks and boasting about Ganon.

A Hylian woman spoke next, claiming she rescued one of the Sacred Stones and blamed the man in the suit and the unconscious Goron. She was dressed like a privateer so maybe she was a pirate.

A young Gerudo spoke next supporting the Hylian's claim about cursed masks.

Ro scanned the crowd, some ruffians, the Goron, an beaten-up Kokiri, some Dinolfos (including the silver one who was earning some mean stares from the others), the crazy Bokoblin, the suit guy, the Gerudo, a grizzled looking Bulbin, and... a young Rito boy. It was the boy Ro had encountered earlier that day while escorting the prince. Ro sifted through his recollection before recalling the name Sorti. Ro had never been one to question authority, but the boy was only 13 years old and was on his first trip to the mainland, surely he couldn't be involved. It must have been a wrong place situation.

He leaned in to the hooded figure, unsure of the protocol of the situation. "Um...Lady Impa. I saw the Rito boy earlier today when I was escorting Prince Shah. His name is Sorti and he is only 13. I really don't think he was involved in this." He quickly stepped back into place instead of waiting for a response, worrying he had overstepped his bounds.

~ Sorti ~

About fifteen minutes later, Sorti along with a large group of other people, including but not limited to Bannog, Hyoko, the Hylian boy, the silver Lizard-man, and Hogan, had been escorted into Hyrule Castle and seated just outside of the dungeons. All in all, the little Rito boy felt crowed in by the lot of them, but he was glad he wasn't sitting next to Hogan. That jerk was still sound asleep, but whenever he woke up, Sorti didn't want to be next to him, binding ropes or not.

After a few moments of looking around, a hooded figure with red eyes holding the Mask of Steel, along with one of the supremely crappy masks that Hogan had been giving away earlier. She was accompanied on either side by Hylian men. There was a pause before the hooded figure spoke, and when it did, Sorti realized it was a woman.

"Well?"

Frowning, Sorti turned as he listened to some of the others speak, but one of the other women in the group said something that piqued his interest.

"Midst the chaos of the situation, two Aerolfos lead by a large Rito swooped in and stole the Sacred Stones atop the fountain, with the intention of carrying them off somewhere. We were lucky that two of my crew were able to recover the Zora Sapphire given the circumstances."

Then a Hylian that Sorti recognized, Ro, spoke on his behalf.

"Um...Lady Impa. I saw the Rito boy earlier today when I was escorting Prince Shah. His name is Sorti and he is only 13. I really don't think he was involved in this."

At that, the Rito nodded.

"That's right. Well, mostly." he said, before smiling nervously.

"See, I just got here today for the festival. I ended up talking to Ro here and this Prince Shah guy. And just before all the trouble happened, I was talking to a girl named Marin before some cloaked jerk on horseback magicked her off somewhere. When I knocked him off his horse, though, Bannog," he said, pointing at the Bulblin, "And Hyoko," he pointed at the Gerudo woman, "Helped me fight him. Apparently his name was Vaati. He ended up disappearing not long after." he told them.

"After that, Bannog pointed out the two Aero-whatevers and the Rito woman. When I flew over, I saw the Rito had a mask on. I think it was controlling her like those other masks were. After that, she stabbed me in the wing with this black needle, and it went numb. After I... Landed, I met back up with Bannog and Hyoko, and that was when he showed up." he said, pointing an accusing finger at Hogan.

"After that, I'm pretty sure most of Castle Town knows what happened." he finished.

There was a minutes pause before he realized he was forgetting something important, and he cleared his throat.

"Almost forgot. I'm Sorti, of the Rito. Junior Postman and aspiring Adventurer." he said, doing his best to give the hooded woman a winning smile.

Sudden voices jerked the bruised immortal to consciousness. He snapped his head up, quickly taking in as much as he could. A lot of beat up motherfuckers, all looked somewhat familiar. The villains. Why the fuck was he here, where was Perci? A bottle on the table told him that answer. Ingo frowned, his head pounding as he tried to reach his arm out to grab it. The slightly numb appendage didn't budge an inch.

"... Oh god fuckin damnit." Ingo rocked to the sides, trying to make a bolt in his hands... Like the one he tried to throw earlier... at the alchemist... after trying to get more potions from his shop... Ingo stopped suddenly, remembering the wooden stick as it connected with his forehead. And the dozen or so times he hit his back. And then the guard who kicked him in the shin when Ingo implied his father was an octorock.

"Oh crud, you people think I'm a looter." Ingo looked to Valentine and Hogan, "Or... something worse."

'No one's cut him off yet?' Ingo made his hand like a mouth, miming speaking.

"Midst the chaos of the situation, two Aerolfos lead by a large Rito swooped in and stole the Sacred Stones atop the fountain, with the intention of carrying them off somewhere. We were lucky that two of my crew were able to recover the Zora Sapphire given the circumstances."

"Pirates are wordy fucks." Ingo smirked, some others joined in and filled in more gaps. "Anyways, that's the situation there. Notice no mention of handsome Kokiri? Can I go? Can we at least let Perci out of the bottle, I don't see any air holes in there."

"KILL THE SILVER! KILL HIM!" Was all Ragnar heard among the dribble being spouted by the enemy parties. He sighed a bit and shook his head, rubbing a claw over his bandaged head and grunting. "You savage idiots wouldn't know something good if it looked you in the eye, would you?" he muttered under his breath as he listened to what his compatriots had to say. He also had to smirk at Ingo's condition, being tied up like one of the villains for resisting arrest.

The Pink Bokoblin was a rather new species to him, tilting his head curiously as it spouted off a rather morbid pun. "Whats that thing over there? I've never seen one of those before." he muttered to Erryn beside him while pointing to the Bokoblin. It was certainly an odd thing to say the least...at least to his rather uneducated mind it was.

Knight-Commander, I simply taking a walk along the plaza when I saw this silver-scaled Dinolfos attempting to steal the Sacred Stones!" said Valentine. "He was being assisted by a brigade of pirates and mercenaries and other such scum. I attempted to stop them, but they beat me to the ground and tried to burn me to death!"

Now there was a familiar voice if he had ever heard one. Curiously, he was not bound like the rest of his compatriots. "Oh please Valentine, There is a bar full of people and a band of mercenaries that will testify otherwise. You tried to turn all of the city's people into zombies with those masks hogan gave out. You also assaulted Erryn and I, to which much of her crew can testify." he informed him, poking holes in his claims.

"M'lady Impa, what that man says is but a twisted version of events, tailored to suit his own needs and save his own hide from those he worked with. Both Mr Valentine, and that unconscious Goron called Hogan over there are in fact in cahoots with one another, and several others who managed to evade custody. "Midst the chaos of the situation, two Aerolfos lead by a large Rito swooped in and stole the Sacred Stones atop the fountain, with the intention of carrying them off somewhere. We were lucky that two of my crew were able to recover the Zora Sapphire given the circumstances."

Ragnar nodded his head in agreement as Erryn spoke about the events of the past few hours. "I can attest to the truth of her words, and I'm sure many others can as well. She and I worked together to take down Mr. Valentine here, and his other invisible cohort Anna. Who disappeared as soon as she was relieved by Valentine. She is a powerful mage and is still on the loose out there somewhere." He added in, makig note about the invisible mage being absent.

"What's that thing over there? I've never seen one of those before." Asked Ragnar who was sitting close by, gesturing towards the Bokoblin tied up with several of the other agitators, who happened to be wearing a bunny hood. Well, they weren't known for having good taste in clothing.

"That? Well, that one is a Bokoblin, one of four types in the 'Blin family, the others being Moblin, Bulblin, and the lesser spotted Miniblin. I'll tell you more about them later, and the not-so pleasant part that they and other races have played during the Age of Heroes." Erryn responded quietly, not wanting to interrupt the questioning too much.

Bannog sat quietly, listening to the varied stories that people told. He was beginning to see the whole picture. However, several questions remained unanswered. Who exactly was Marin? Why did Vaati want with her? Maybe she had some connection with the Spiritual Stones?

"Knight-Commander Impa, I am Bannog Spearcatcher, official envoy of his majesty King Bulbin and his Blinnish kingdoms. I believe we met once before, years ago? I doubt very much you remember. At any rate, the events of this evening are as Sorti describes, at least in the market district. I was walking about town with young Hyoko when I noticed the mounted figure. I decided to follow, deciding he seemed suspicious. Little did I know that it was indeed the fell sorcerer Vaati. He teleported young Sorti's friend, and quickly teleported away himself soon after, before Sorti and I could defeat him. Soon after, the Goron there began his mischief, but you've probably heard that story by this point."

Bannog shrugged. He wasn't concerned by the questioning. They'd tell their tale and drag in people to corroborate and then be released back into the night. Hopefully.

Continuing his dastardly behaviour, Jakaboq acted out his plan though with some differences since the town guard didn't seem to go in the other direction. At least the ***** was gone. He almost chuckled and gave himself away - this was too good! The little Zora kid clearly didn't consider the chance of being knocked flat on his ass and having everything including the clothes on his (well not maybe but you get the idea) being taken from him. Sure, the spear shown that he at least knew that he would be have to be able to defend himself but the kid obviously had failed at that. Besides, spears? Swords and hammers were much better. Jakaboq didn't really see the advantage of carrying a weapon in a chaotic Castle Town so he left it. Same for the jars - he had bottles which could do the job better. Zora clothes didn't fit 'blins anyway, so the kid still had something to wear. In short, all he took was the fancy-ass flute.

And that was just about everything he had. Shame about the lack of Rupees.

Finished, Jakaboq made his way into the crowd and took a deep breath in. Not from exhaustion, it was one of satisfaction. Forget Sorcery or even whatever Momma Vrek used in her pirate career, Sheikah Arts were the best! Even though Jakaboq was far from mastering all of them, they let him get away with some much! Being shipwrecked was possibly the best thing that had ever happened to him. The Bokoblin didn't know how he would survive if he was still on the Damned Dogger - or as his momma liked to call it the 'Goddamn Damned Dogger...' Jakoboq didn't wanted to continue that line of thought. She had such... a way with words. Regardless, maybe it was a good idea to find out exactly what was going on here.

"So..." Jakaboq said to the strangers before him, "What exactly happened here?"

[HEADING=2]The Castle[/HEADING]

Impa's eyes wandered over each person as they spoke, paying heed to their every word. Her eyes widened at the mention of Vaati by Sorti and Bannog. At the same time, Valentine and the Bokoblin exchanged surprised looks. The former leaned over and muttered something to the latter. He seemed angry. Eventually Impa raised her hand. "Alright, that's enough. I've heard all I need."

She turned to Ro and Lynd. "Mr. Lynd? Get some rope and tie down Mr. Valentine with it." she said. "Ro? Go tell the guards stationed outside that we have three Dinolfos, a Goron and a Bokoblin who need to be dragged down to the dungeons."

Valentine scowled. "What?! My lady, how could you belie-"

"You shouldn't have lied to me, boy. A Sheikah knows when you're lying. Always." Her red-eyes shifted into a glare. "You and your friends will be lucky if you ever see the light of day again after this."

Valentine glared back and mumbled something to himself. Hogan continued to obnoxiously snore. The Bokoblin meanwhile chose to speak. "Oh! I just thought of an even better joke! Right, so two Sheikahs walk into a bar..."

"Motley will you shut it?" Valentine hissed. He jerked his leg to the side and kicked the Bokoblin in his shins, who merely giggled.

Impa turned her attention over to Bannog. "Actually, I remember meeting you very clearly Bannog. Although I'd question whether you truly do, seeing as how you just called me Knight-Commander." Her eyes wandered over the collection of ragtags. "You aren't the only one in this room I recognize either." she said, turning to face Erryn. "I'm glad to hear you retrieved the Zora's Sapphire, Miss Erryn. Although I'm curious as to whether this was charity work or if I owe you some pay now."

She continued to examine the group, her red-eyes twisting into a glare as she spotted the Kokiri. "Ah...Ingo. Haven't changed at all, I see."

Her gaze then shifted over to Hyoko. "A Gerudo in Hyrule is a truly rare sight these days. Would it be safe of me to assume you're that runaway Prince Shah has been searching for?"

Impa then focused on Sori, staring down at his scimitar. "I recognize the blade but not you. A friend of Fey's, by chance?"

She stopped for a moment as she gazed at Ragnar. "Hmph. Now this is a rare thing. Someone enters Hyrule Castle and for once, I have no idea who they are." Impa shook her head and spoke again. "Anyways, back to the subject at hand. This news about Vaati is unnerving to say the least. I don't know how he's connected to these colourful thieves or the Dinolfos who attacked the Castle, but the fact that he's in Hyrule and kidnapping maidens is enough of a reason to worry."

Impa turned her gaze back to Valentine and his companions. "Have any information you'd be willing to divulge on the matter, Mr. Valentine? Mr. Motley?" The former remained dead silent, while the latter stuck his tongue out and made noises. "I thought as much. How about your reptilian accomplices?" The Dinolfos trio hissed at Impa.

She sighed and shook her head before turning to face Ingo. "And what about you? I'm aware that you trained under Vaati at Gale Island some years ago. Anything you'd like to share about your master's appearance here today?"

[HEADING=2]The Streets[/HEADING]

The crowd previously gathered around the plaza was mostly gone. Guards had dispersed most of the people and were ordering others to keep aside as they patrolled the area for damages or remaining threats. Many were also scooping crude masks and what looked like rupees off the ground.

At Jakaboq's question, several heads turned to answer him.

"Vaati is what happened! You should have seen it, he popped in out of nowhere and floating through the sky. Blew over everything from here to the Lanayru Gate with a single spell! Then, I kid you not, a metal Goron showed up and started fighting a bunch of hobos. He picked up this one Zora guy and smashed him into the ground! There was a giant moth and some girl got vaporized and all the people wearing masks were acting strange because of this weird music..."

"There was this dude in a fancy suit at the fountain who was playing a magic song, but then some huge white Dinolfos showed up and stole it with his hookshot! Then the Dinolfos fought a bunch of those winged Dinolfos and some black Rito on the roofs. And the musician got beat up by a bunch of pirates. Then there was some wizzrobe kid shooting magic at some invisible thing. There were monsters and energy blasts and stuff everywhere! And THEN the Spiritual Stones got stolen! Plus, I think I saw..."

"Dinolfos! A whole army of the Ganon-worshippers showed up at Hyrule Castle! There was smoke and explosions coming from the Castle, and when I got there I saw Dinolfos fighting the royal guards! I think they might have killed the Gerudo Prince, since they bombed his carriage. Commander Sigrid managed to kick their scaly asses though and send them running back..."

"She also rounded up lots of prisoners I hear. Like, fifty or a hundred! I saw the metal Goron and the musician and a bunch of Dinolfos and a green kid who was all beat-up and some pirates all getting dragged off to Hyrule Castle! I bet Impa's going to torture them all with her Sheikah magic!"

Hyoko shrunk down in her seat, very much aware that her king was aware of her disappearance... though the fact that he himself had been searching for her was... surprising to say the least. Almost flattering in a weird sort of way.

Thankfully, Impa's attention moved on to the others, leaving Hyoko to her own thoughts. Now that the jig was up, what could she do? She could always run away again, but would that help? Would the Prince keep looking for her?

All of this was more than she could handle. Hyoko really needed a moment to think this over...

"Ah...Ingo. Haven't changed at all, I see."

"You recognized me. So I must've done something wrong." Ingo looked at Perci, trying to jog his memory. How many times had he been around Castle Town? Four or five, he figured, never staying long or doing much that truly mattered. Once in the castle, twice lounging around the city, tonight, and a fight outside in the fields. Blins' were all talk.

"Oh, wait! I remember. I think? A group of angry blin outside the city, turned out they were raiders. I remember your crummy guards wouldn't believe me, but you backed me up. Kept me fed for a week, might've blown it on a spell tome though... Eh, I can shoot lightning out of my hands, that is so worth the rupees." Ingo sniggered, recalling the burny smell it left behind after the first time he cast it in a fight.

"And what about you? I'm aware that you trained under Vaati at Gale Island some years ago. Anything you'd like to share about your master's appearance here today?"

"Hm? Oh, yeah," Ingo cleared his throat. "No. I have no clue what tonight was about, but he pulled out all the stops for it didn't he? Maybe if I could get some info on those crystals he wanted so much I could try figuring out his plans... And maybe a bit of compensation for my work..." Ingo shrugged, smiling faintly.

Erryn couldn't help but smile with a strange sense of delight as Valentine and the other captured villains were removed from the room, some requiring a little more physical persuasion than others. "I'm glad to hear you retrieved the Zora's Sapphire, Miss Erryn. Although I'm curious as to whether this was charity work or if I owe you some pay now." Spoke Lady Impa as she turned to face the privateer captain.

"Well, if this was any other time of year, I'd think about asking payment for services rendered. However, in the spirit of the Trinity Festival, and as an act of goodwill, you can chalk this up as a free one Lady Impa. It wouldn't feel right asking for Rupees on a day like today anyway." Erryn said as she gave her arms a stretch, working some of the feeling back into her arms from the fight earlier.
