Didn't they already made a Lego movie? Oh wait this is the first non direct to dvd film and not based on a perticular type of their franchise (Lego City, LEgo Ninjago etc)?
I suppose it's a good thing it isn't all cgi as I really want to see the creative side on animating the actualy LEgo part of it (like how Mike withdraw into his shell).

This is where I would say something cynical...
But holy fuckin' shit I am hyped as hell! Lego was essentially my childhood and this actually looks really pleasant. I love the humour they have in the Lego games and it seems to have carried across here. The only downside in this trailer is that shitty Pitbull song.

This has every chance of being the best Marvel/DC/Lord of The Rings/Star Wars/Portal 2/Harry Potter/Indiana Jones/TMNT crossover ever!
Well Lego is pretty much the only company that has the licenses to so many properties, so I'm really glad they're doing a crossover with fucking everything.
