Every Guild Wars Chapter except the first.
Took usually around 20 hours or something like this ?
I miss the old messages every hour "You have been plaing for 18 hours. Please take a break for your health."
Since that game my attention span is much shorter and I dont really play alot anymore.. I guess the last time I played for a long time was Fallout New Vegas.

?:Dont know how this double post happened... "I AGREE", Captcha and then 2 posts, sorry...

I finished MW2 in one sitting on my first playthrough, I don't recall how long it took, but it wasn't all that long. I also beat Starfox 64 in one sitting, that took about 2 hours and 10 minutes if I recall. I went the alternate route for that. I've played many games that I could have beaten in one playthrough but didn't simply because I wanted to at least get the illusion of my money's worth out of them. XD

EDIT: Oh yeah, and both L4D games. I know their sort of supposed to be quick little romps of zombie slaying goodness, but I thought I'd add those for good measure. Around and hour or so per chapter on those. I've done it by myself, but it's much more fun with a friend.

Metal gear solid on the PSone,

I only did that to see what psychomantis would say but unfortunately I did it after I had already finished it a couples times (got bandanna and stealth...plus tux :p ) so he acknowledged that stored data as one of my saves :( so I didn't get a unique response, Fuuuuu

Well in one sitting only a handfull because most games take too long, so let's see...
- Portal
- HL2: episode 1
- HL2: episode 2
They were just extremely short, and engaging enough to make me hate Valve once they ended.
These can almost make you feel how sex is for women... just when you get to the best part it's all over, NOOO, don't stop now!

Metroid Prime on the Gamecube. I could just remember where most everything was and when you get it and what came next to find.

I have this theme that whenever I'm bed-ridden with illness, I crawl onto the floor, spend an agonising 15 minutes plugging the PS2 in, and play Prince of Persia: Sands of Time in one sitting. Assuming that the illness isn't head-ache related of course.

I've done this at least four times. Apart from this precise situation, I practically never have the patience to play a game in one sitting. I find it tedious except with games that are deliberately short - such as portal.

I'm not really a fan of one-sit gaming, BUT I have managed to do that with Portal.
Also, more proudly, finished Da Vinci Code (book) in 1 day yesterday =)

My friends and I took 37 hours to beat Halo, two weeks after Reach came out.

We did:
Halo Wars
Halo 1
Halo 2 (up till level 5)
Halo ODST
Halo 2 (finish)
Halo 3
Halo Reach

We took turns playing, watching, eating, bio, etc.
None of us slept until it was finished.
We beat it all on Legendary, with no skulls on (just grunt birthday in Reach, for lulz)

We're trying to find time to re-do it with all the detrimental skulls on /cringe.

I was sick the day MW2 came out (purely coincidental I assure you, plus internet wasn't working) so played through the single player in a day, from about half 11 til 6pm. Had a superb time.

Ratchet and Clank 2, challenge mode, but I had the best armour and all the weapons so I just walked through most of the levels. Done this so many times, shortest time I think was about 8 hours

Does getting from 1 to 60 in Vanilla WoW count? If it does I did that. And Mass Effect 2, but I didn't 100%. Just main story line with no screwing about for resources. It was a second playthrough using my already leveled character with near infinite resources and the best guns from the get go. But it was on the hardest difficulty setting so meh.

I played Nethack to its ending in one sitting. If by "played to the end" you mean "Was killed by a troll while helpless".
Last month I found a magic lamp very early in the game, got a wish, and a few turns after donning my shining new +3 silver dragon scale mail I got murdered by a pack of ogres :'C

OP: There's few games I finish in one sitting, since I usually go with branching story/make-your-own-adventure RPGs. Finished a hack-and-slash on ye olde PS2 some time ago called Rygar in one go though, six hours.

My biggest achievement as a kid wasa beating Crash Bandicoot 3 in one day after spending several months mastering it. But that was long ago, and I can still do that without much trouble.

Most recently, I managed to beat AC: Brotherhood in 1 day(morning till midnight). Had to rush because it was a rental, so I hardly did anything besides the story missions.

Most likely MW2. One afternoon. Although, come to think of it, there are probably games I have completed in one sitting after having already beaten them a few times before. I can't remember any specific cases.

I have never actually completed a game in one sitting. This saddens me. I feel that my gaming efforts pale in comparison to some of the contributors here
