For a whole shebang playthrough, I'm a bit limited. I'd probably go with Ninja Gaiden 1 or 2 from the original NES.

Both of the old Spyro games: Gateway to Glimmer and Year of The Dragon.
Both of them I've aced in a days 12ish hour playthrough to get everything.

HL2:Ep 2, Castle Crashers and Portal are the only games I've completed in one sitting.
None of which are all that long, but I would say HL2:ep 2 is the longest.

Beat SotC in 1 sitting on my 1st play though. Took a little under 11 hours. Planning to do OoT and LttP sometime this year.

Pretty sure Portal's going to pop up here a lot, but yeah, that.

EDIT: And Halo 2 and 3. Oh and Rainbow Six Vegas 2, that one took me a while. All 3 of those in co-op though, otherwise I'd have gotten bored.

My only one I can think of is wanted: weapons of fate.

I just cant keep my attention on one game for more than 3 hours (unless multiplayer, but multiplayer always has that one more game addiction) I can play games for as long as I want, but the same game can wear off, I think its cauuse I cant get immersed thanks to my dad making me pause play to do chores and stuff.

Probably "Hunter: The Reckoning" for the Gamecube. Back in the day I played it at a certain cousins place and fell absolutely in love with the game. It combined my love of Gauntlet with my zombie-obsession and somehow didn't SUCK, which was just...amazing..but anyhoo, so yeah, longest sitting. Day 1 of my dad buying it for me and my brother, we invited 2 friends over and start it up. From 1PM to 8:30PM, we played it non-stop, not resting till we'd cleansed the town of the undead. It was fiercely epic. :p

Portal in 3 hours, Half-life in 8 hours, Pokemans Crystal in 19 hours (up to beating Red),
Pokemans Colosseum in 3-4 hours, Halo: ODST in 5 hours, Halo Reach in 17 hours, COD 4: Modern Warfare in 10 hours and thats about it. Yeah... I have a lot of time and no friends to play multi with :p

Try backtracking, that usually works.

(Also, right before the finale, there's a statue that gives you the ice beam. For the love of all that's holy, pick it up!)
