Any racer in a NFS game that uses the "rubber band". No matter how far ahead you are you won't win unless you crawl in second place for a few laps. Can you call them enemies though? Oh well, it is still annoying.

Yes, they're pretty easy if you max out your Big Guns and get the Pyromaniac perk. Then use a flame-based heavy weapon, of course. A ha ha...

Just go a melee class in fallout 3 and bam.. no challenge. 1 hit splatting stuff all the way is tetris and not excactly hard. Atleast say Behemoth Mutant or DeathClaws.
