I don't feel like describing the absolute worst, primarily because I don't want to think about it.
It's the only time I woke up absolutely livid, despite knowing fully well it wasn't real.

Apart from that: Being spiteful and completely confrontational to friends and family for absolutely no good reason; sometimes getting physically violent with my dad.

Kicked down the front door of my next door neighbours house. Went postal as fuck on them all with a chainsaw.

In my defense, they're quite annoying people.

Long story short: Every person I've ever met and had a decent conversation with outside of quote-unquote "small talk" ends up in one of my dreams where either they ask me to have sex with them or I asked them if I could have sex with me... Said dreams may or may not lead to some questionable orgy-based sexual ecstasy afterwards...

Other than that, my favorite of those dreams was the one where I had sex with my best friend's current girlfriend while he was forced to watch without joining in as my fuck buddy instead of his girlfriend's fuck buddy... I remember telling him about this dream and his response was, and I quote, "As long as you don't turn into another person in the process, I can see that happening..."

Apart from ones where I have been the catalyst for some abstract non-euclidian reality-rending cataclysmic event, I once dreamed that in first-person I walked into a lovely beach shack at night and killed everyone inside with an axe. I could feel the impacts and the crunching and everything, it was gross.

Lot's and lots of violent murders, tortures, ritualistic brutal bloody horrible things, most of which, I honestly found a lot less stressful waking up from than the dreams most people find pleasant. I wake up from a dream where I'm happily married, or have a good time, I feel like rubbish, because I know myself to be a horrible, manipulative, downer of a person, who has wasted his potential, and squandered everything good I've ever had, and who doesn't rightfully deserve anything of the sort. Wake up from a dream where I brutally murder someone, or die a horrible painful brutal death, no problem, just a dream, time to get ready for work, so I can afford to eat and house myself so I can work til I die whatever death life brings me first, whether it's at my own hand out of frustration with my wasted worthless hell of an existence, or by some accidental cause, or a disease, doesn't matter really, it all ends up with the same result.

I'm not sure if it count but I was groping my female mate in my dream once however she liked it! I only think it was somewhat awful since I am NOT perverted well when it come to being around friend and family.

The worst thing I've ever done in a dream is running someone over with my car while trying to escape from him.

Dreams are sooo unrealistic, I know! i don't think that my old Volkswagen Polo from 1989 could run anything over that's bigger than a mouse.

I've killed loads of people in my dreams but I've never felt particularly bad about it since it's always very gamey. I think the most graphic murder-dream I've had was when I dreamed that I was the Joker. I stabbed a lot of people close up in that one and ended up literally drenched in blood.

I don't often dream and when I dream I usually dream about whatever games/anime I'm into at the time. Can't say I've ever dreamed of the kind of things people in this thread are talking about.

Did I ever tell you guys about the time where I went on an adventure to become a Pokemon Master in Azeroth and the Gym Leaders were the classes from TF2?

Because that actually happened over a course of several weeks. I was genuinely disappointed when I realized I wasn't having those dreams anymore.

Hit an annoying classmate in the face several times, with a chair. Somehow.
It was back when I was in high school and I really hated her! After that dream in which I hit her til she was a bloody pulp I did treat her a bit more kindly in real life, though.
(Never after or before that I've had a violent dream. I usually never dream at all, or just don't remember. If I dream of something though, it's usually food, haha)

I'm ashamed to talk about this dream. But I was in charge of an extermination camp but the victims was Christians instead of Jews. And the dream was very detailed and I remember it was five or six gas chambers in the camp and I did think that they deserved it that they was a cancer and was a corrupting force in human history creating crimes etc. in the dream. But the scary part is that I don't subscribe to such a world view in real life and I don?t have an exploration where this dream came from I don?t dislike Christians nor hate them.

I killed my cat. Multiple times. To be fair, it had turned into an undead monstrosity out to murder me and everything I held dear. I strangled it first. It got back up. It kicked it until it stopped moving. It got back up. I chopped it up with a giant blade and lit the still moving remains on fire. I woke up.

Second worst thing was destroying the entire world and rebuilding it a fairytale-like wonderland to explore. I don't think the people in my dreams liked that, because they have been chasing me ever since. Last night I tried to explain some of the people who weren't trying to kill me what they and the world they lived in actually were: figments of my imagination. I was standing in front of a window and asked them to tap it. They did. It was solid glass. I stuck my hand trough it. Instead of shattering the glass moved out of my way as if it were liquid, and moved back in place when I pulled my hand out. I asked them to tap the glass again. It was solid. They applauded, thinking it was a very clever magic trick. I then stepped through the glass and flew away. Not long after I was being chased down by an organisation bend on taking down that creature that could tear down the very fabric of reality if she wanted to. For some reason they tried shooting me. I made the bullets melt right in front of me, casting an iron shield to ward off the rest. But they wouldn't stop, so I send the bullets right back at them. I think I saw some of my old classmates on the recieving end of that bullet rain.

Speaking of bad dreams, what do you guys do to change them? I like dropping through the ground into the void and falling until I reach a new dimension. It's fun (the floating/falling/flying in nothingness is kinda relaxing), but for some reason the people/things after me sometimes manage to reach the other dimension as well :(

Most of dreams have terrible things happening TO me (I haven't had a dream in the past half a year that didn't involve some kind of extreme beating or enslavement), which is very odd. I've never done anything particularly wrong in a dream though. The most evil thing I can remember is one dream where I became a Sith apprentice. I didn't actually do anything Sith-ish though. I just spent most of the time following around the Sith lord (or rather, lady) I was sworn to. It was weird.

Had sex with a girl without even putting my makeup on. Damn.

The worst thing that happened to me in a dream was getting my hair cut though. Okay maybe not. I can barely ever remember them so I'm not sure, I'm sure I've been tortured in dreams before.

I've done all kinds of freaky, screwed up and just plain monstrous things in dreams.

I have very vivid dreams although I don't often remember them in any detail. The unpleasant ones tend to linger with me whereas the more enjoyable dreams are all but gone as soon as I open my eyes.
