Yeah, another vote in favor of The White Death himself, Simo Hayha. Explosive round to the head doesn't kill him, artillery strike only shreds his coat, whole missions dedicated to killing one man and none of them were fully successful since he never died. Yeah, I say he wins.

He was banished several times, and each time he found a way back to France, which then re-made him Emperor, and then he would raise very large armies and go a-conquerin. And after directly causing several world wars, the British so feared his spirit that they exiled him instead of executing him.
He had plans to return to France before he died.

As someone currently training in his art, I'd have to say Bruce Lee, though that's not to say I wasn't in awe of the man for years earlier.
My third pick would have to be the legendary karate master Oyama or "Godhand". I swear, he sounds more like a mythological figure than a real person but killing charging bulls with one punch 3 outta 5 times? Damn
