A mud crab ... yes I guess someone has fought mudcrabs fiercer then me, I was playing on the highest difficulty, first level, barely made It out, and when I was outisde I saved, and whne i loaded i saw a crab, but forgot I had like one point of health left, my friends will never let me live it down.

I had my Ship of the Line sunk by a pirate in a Mail Runner.

This was, of course, after I'd captured it, then forgotten to repair when I was in port. But remembered to sell off all my other ships.

Managing to shoot myself with a Mosquito missle on X3 : Reuninon.

For some reason I felt it ws a good idea to get out of my spaceship and fly somewhere in the spacesuit, the AI figured that it would trick the missle into flying into me.

A Cactite in FFXII. It is the single weakest enemy in the game. I was at leveling at the very start of the game and killing some cocktrices, wolves and cactites. I continued for too long without potions and I accidentily angered a Cactite on my run back to Rabanastre. Death ensued.

I was playing Portal and kinda forgot where I had placed my orange portal, but I saw a cube on the other side of the room and placed the blue one under it. Then I remembered that the orange one was directly above me and looked up just in time for it to crush me . . . did get a good laugh out of it though
