Niko's girlfriend gets killed in a drive-by and you go track the boss down and execute him. I felt really bad for him. His life seemed to just be getting better. Then boom! hes stuck with just his fat cousin again. And Roman is the one who gets the girl instead of him.

Well, there's another ending in GTA IV:

Roman gets killed instead of Kate. This happens if you choose "Deal" instead of "Revenge" in that choice mission-thing.

One moment for me was in Fallout 3... I had teamed up with this bounty hunter named Sydney... we were looking for the Declaration of Independence (I think, it's been a while) and I accidentally killed her. (threw a grenade, didn't know the hallway had gas in it) I was really bummed.

Then I looted her corpse. I'm a horrible person in Fallout.
