Known Offenses: Throwing people into the TV world just for the lulz. After the first two murders, he blames the murders on the so-called "messiah" who thinks he is saving people by throwing them into the TV world to protect them from Adachi.
Actually when you think about his motivation and listen to his big pre-boss fight speech... he's not so much "evil" as he just a highly cynical and a disturbed person who has been given the power to do things that normal people could not do. He does bad things, certainly. But he does not do any of it just for the evilness itself, but more because he does not see the world in the same way.
Hes not so much ""pure evil" as he is a damaged person who abuses the power he was given. You could say that its not a case of good and evil but simpely different ideologies. Hell thats why i like him as a villain so much.
I disagree my friend.. I think he is quite evil.. His first victim fell in because she rejected him and he forced her against a tv to rape her >.> so that's a pretty large mark against him from the start. Then he pulls the same crap with Saki an otherwise innocent high school girl because she too rejected him. Then because he's bored he sets Namatame up to start killing because he'd find the whole show amusing. (even tossing the little psycho kid in the tv later because it'd stop his show) He's a creep with a weapon nobody should have and he abuses his power because he's bored. That's... that's quite evil I think..
