The title says it all - what's the most exercise you've ever done in one go? It can be any sport, doesn't have to be recent, doesn't even have to be good.

A 60 mile bike ride across some very uneven terrain, whilst carrying camping gear on the back. Pulled out of the other 180 miles..thankfully.

10 sit-ups, 10 push-ups, 10 calf-raises, 10 dips, 10 squats.

Rest for 30 seconds, repeat. Rest for 30 seconds, repeat. Rest for 30 seconds, repeat.

Then I could do no more, because my entire body was trembling and my heart was... misbehaving.

If that seems like a pathetically small amount of exercise, well, it probably is. But it's the best I could do, which should tell you how badly I need to exercise more.

Probably four 36 minute games of indoor soccer in a row. Considering that the field size is small, so you are nearly always sprinting, that left me pretty shattered.

I do Jeet Kune Do so get quite a bit of excercise there.

Also have 5 kids which is quite a strain. 4 are girls that like shopping.

If you've ever been shopping with a lass you'll know why thats considered excercise for men.

(Disclaimer, not all girls are shopping nuts and not all of them shop for shoes, that wasn't aimed at being sexist I was just pointing out my daughters love shopping ...... in every single damn shop).

Probably a 26-mile hike carrying all supplies on my back, camping for the night, then another 26 miles.

I spent an entire day walking across the hills in the Lakes. I believe my dad told me we had walked 15 miles. Our only break had been for lunch.

Most would be the regular 5 milers I used to run before I was hospitalised, most intense would be shifting 3/4 ton of hardcore from the street to our yard (had to go through the house, so only had buckets) in about 30 minutes. Damn near killed me (though I was only 14 at the time)

55km (about 34.177 miles?) with bikecycle. I'm somewhat lazy when it comes to exercise.

Pretty much when the gym teacher in High School make us run around the running tracks about four times (not allow to slow down). I was one of the few people who completed the course and I was beyond exhausted. I pretty sure the teacher had a grind with us for some reason as afterward he made a long speech on how lazy we are for playing games and watching tv etc (who sue us! That our current society, blame that not us!).

I once rode my bike from Tielt (Belgium) to Paris (France),
over a span of five days,
using only country roads,
making the trip much longer than it should be (since it's illegal to ride your bike on the highway).

Also, one time, I did hundreds of squats in a row, just for the heck of it.
Up until this day, I still suffer from worn down cartilage in my right knee.
(Damn you Crisis Core!!!)

I've done serious rowing for a while.

Weekends in which I spend 12 hours rowing.
6 or so months in which I exercised 2-3 hours 6 times a week.

Also the joy of doing 50 Burpees [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Burpee_%28exercise%29] in a row :D.
