I worked as a Bike Courier in Downtown Montreal so that was pretty intensive. Also had to do a 30 min ride into the city additionally.

I love Rock Climbing though. Slowly building my endurance by going 2-3 times a week for some Top rope climbing.

Either doing PE in school where we had to do circuit training or one of the many day long football or skateboarding sessions I've done. Honestly though, they aren't enough to beat the unhealthy lifestyle I live. As soon as the cast comes off, I plan on running in the mornings. I've planned that before and I never did it though.

My weekly hockey games kicks my ass pretty good. I always plan to work out more in between games, but it never works out that way. At least I've got a pretty good shot - it makes up for my slow ass skating. :)

I ride a resistance bike for about 12 miles everyday, and then about 30-45 minutes of strength exercises with 10lbs solid-metal dumbbells. I go on hikes every so often, that are pretty much all day adventures. If I don't feel like going hiking, I'll go to the zoo and walk around all day taking pictures.

I don't know if this counts, but starting my 6ft x 6ft garden every year requires one day of set up, but it's ALL DAY. I could span it out to a couple days, but meeeeeh, impatient. Using a shovel to pull up the grass chunks, and to dig down little more the half a foot or so, breaking up the dirt, pulling out roots, removing rocks. Then shoveling the loose dirt back in and mixing it thoroughly with huge bags of fertilized soil. Once that's level, I plant the seeds, or make seed mounds (depending on the type of fruits/vegetables I am planting), and then it's time to put the fence up with chicken wire and metal stakes that require a handheld post-pounder. Then to lightly water. I weigh myself the next morning, four lbs lighter. I hope to expand the garden a bit next year. =D

Where did you do this event? Basic training?
Well not sure what to translate it to but yea it was ca 3 months in, so I guess basic training, National service FTW! (not hard to "skip" it though if you really wanted, just say you would miss momy to much :p) so no it was not in the US Army...

Swimming for 4 hours, or Airsofting whilst wearing 3 layers and a full face mask in the blazing hot sun (we sometimes see it in England), i lost nearly half a stone by sweating that day.

The most is hard to compare...

Went on 60km bike rides to a lake and back several times a year when I was a kid (6y.o.)
Together with my brother I transported a skip and a half of dirt uphill by wheelbarrow when we were young.
Partook on the "dodentocht" death march (100km walking)

The most recent was last saturday for my volunteer firefighter physical with:
a 2.25km cooper test (yay for age grading)
carrying somebody of your own weight over your shoulder for 50m within 17s (30s was the goal and 100kg was the weight)
climbing a 20m free standing ladder (at a 70° angle) within 40s
climbing a rope 4m high in 10s
jumping 2m far from standstill (tough one to train)
jumping off of 2m high from a standing position (a chicken test)
equilibrium tests
push ups
swimming

Not the most, defenitly the most recent and thus the most memorable :)

Probably the night volleybal tournament we had last year. It was from 23.00 to 11.00 and organised to raise money against Malaria. Of course, after the 12 hours, someone stole my saddle so I had to bike all the way back without one. Tough night, really.
