Running people over or other senseless killings in GTA, and I accidentally harvested a little sister in Bioshock 2 once. For some reason I'm still going to get the bad ending even if I rescued all but one of the little sisters and left Grace, Alex, and Gil live.

This isn't as evil as some of the other stories here but, ehh, I thought I'd contribute. Does anyone remember the old woman who lived by herself surrounded by her dogs in a junkyard in New Vegas? Well she had a few supplies that I wanted but didn't want to pay for (even though I could easily afford it and then some) so I sneaked back into her house when she was sleep to try and pickpocket the items from her. I failed, she woke up, and I bludgeoned her to death (got a unique shotgun out of it too). Her dogs came at me and I killed them with their former master's weapon and then scavenged the brain of the pack's leader for a quest. On my way home I passed a den of coyotes and decided to systematically assassinate all of them starting with the mother and going down from there until only the pups remained. Instead of leaving them there to mourn the loss of their entire family (and because I feared retaliation from "The BatCoyote") I starting throwing dynamite and the pups (got a few cheap hides out of that). Why did do all that? Well, honestly, for shits and giggles...

I killed thousands of people for no reason in every shooter game ever, especially Contra. I lobotomized and imprisoned hundreds of wild animals and forced them to fight for me in Pokemon, Digimon, and Spectrobes. I messed up time itself at least 3 times (Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time, Chrono Trigger, Final Fantasy 8). I forced hundreds of people to fight to the death, suffering horrible injuries and pain of death, but denied them the sweet release of death in Fighting games and MMO and FPS PvP. I destroyed the entire galaxy at least twice playing Knights of the Old Republic.

Single acts of viciousness don't really compare to that.
