Infamous 2. Other than that, I bought a smoke grenade. Spent, of course, but still.

I am so intrigued. What kind of candy?

Jane McGonigal's Reality is Broken.

Interesting for any gamer. If you ever wanted vindication to all the hours you've alloted to gaming and want to know how to progress with what you have learned it's a must buy!

Err, some garlic fries at a baseball game...?

Oh, but about 2 weeks ago I bought an X figurine and a replica of Rukia's zanpakuto sword. Besides food I haven't bought much for myself lately.

A Nyan cat t-shirt. It's awesome. About 8 people just stopped in the street and started talking to me because of it.

Do love my collection of nerdy t-shirts

I love Infamous so I got the package. I also needed a replacement bag so it killed two birds with one stone.

I bought this because it is one of the best anime out there and even though I have seen the entire series online, I wanted a hard copy of each.

That's what I meant. It's a GBC game, so it's on VC.

So good...
I am stuck on the second dungeon, so I'm gonna have to start over again, to see what I did wrong. Totally worth it.

I bought some American sweets and drinks at an import stand in town today. Obviously to Americans this stuff isn't interesting but we don't get any of it here in UK.

Specifically I got a Tootsie Roll (Horrible, never again...) and Vanilla Coke (Which we had for a few years then disappeared sadly). I got a Butterfinger too which is in my cupboard now, I'll probably try that tomorrow. :3

I had recently bought the DS game "Last Window: Secret of Cape West" (it's the sequel to Hotel Dusk) since it's on sale for £15. I love every minute of the game due to it story which intrigue me to carry on playing.

My most recent purchase were these, for a crossplay outfit I finished. Super comfy, but I had to return them twice because the sizing they go by is really, really awkward. I got the red ones. ^^

My future purchases, though the outfit is still in the gathering of materials and pictures before I start making it. Very excited for it though. =^_^=

Ohh tricky, the only things I really spend money on is clothes, booze and rent :(

A pair of shorts I guess. I haven't worn shorts since I was like 5 (I'm 19 now) so they were a pretty interesting purchase for me.

Simple, open ended question.

For me, it would be a handmade military issue kukri. I bought it from the same company that supplies the British Army, as well as bushcraft enthusiasts, etc, it's very good quality. As for why, of all the blades in culture, this is by far my favorite. I have an interest in war, and collect a few things and I just can't get over how badass they look. If I had to think of a practical reason, I would say I would certainly like to travel in a few years, to places like Africa, etc. Might as well have my own machete.

Also, I just realized, I dreamed posting something like this before I had decided to by the kukri, or even started using this site. Weird.
I've got a kukri too, not military grade though. Thinking about getting a better one. The one I got doesn't like holding its edge too well for some reason. My cardboard target dulled it, though it is a lot of layers and pretty rigid. My katana couldn't cut very far into it and most of my other weapons couldn't even cut it. Oddly though my gladius of all things had the deepest cut.

For me my most recent interesting purchase would be my car. I managed to find a 1987 Porsche 944S 5-speed for $3,000. It is literally exactly what I wanted (didn't want a turbo, more wear on the engine). Quite a lot different than my two previous cars, which I hesitate to call cars due to their massive size. More like land yachts, I'd say.

What kind of edge do you have on that kukri? Secondary bevel or appleseed edge?
