Dragon Age fighting...
... when fighting Flemeth in her dragon form
I was playing on the hard setting... or whatever the difficulty setting above normal is. Goddammit I hated that fight, I mean, when your enemy has an attack that can kill you or your squadmate with one move, thats just playing unfair. I first defeated her when I found some sort of glitch where she would ignore my archer (Leliana) even though she was the last one left alive, so I got pretty lucky I guess. I cant believe that she was harder than the Archdemon

Gordon Freeman in Half-Life, alone with a crowbar against a horde of zombies. Poor zombies never stood a chance.

well, the most one-sided in my favor was easily the first fight with Malak in KotOR 1 where
despite beating Malak like a red-headed, paraplegic stepchild, Bastilla somehow finds it necessary to sacrifice herself so you can "escape" from Malak
.

as for most one-sided fight in the opponent's favor, excluding "supposed to lose" fights, the one you mentioned is probably the best example i can think of.
thank you for making me spit up all of my fried rice...and yes i remember that fight...i think. I do remember alot of healing and lawling

Nearly every fight in any fighting game I've played, I'm usually dominated. I have two things going against me: A lousy memory for moves and an inability to EVER pull them off correctly anyway. When I try to do the moves, I just end up getting some random hits but mostly just spend the round accidentally jumping and crouching (and man, do people online capitalize on accidental jumps).

Sometimes I can win when I turn into my alter ago...

let's see...
Pokémon comes to mind, if you play a bit tactically and use your strenghts and weaknesses, most fights are pretty one-sided.

my first ever match af CnC generals. I'd just figured out how to build a war factory when my mate came 'round for tea with 50 overlords.

also, you vs. any space station in SW: empire at war if you have 2 of those missile ships and a capital ship to defend them.

The end boss in jedi knight II. He hits hard and moves around alot but after a few tries i figured out that if i start the fight with a certain usuage of jedipowers, i can annihilate him with a few lightsaber strikes before he can move. I think it was timeslow and highjump. Possibly only the timeslow. It's been a while.

Sidenote, that game has 'cheats' that allow you spawn any number of enemies or allies of any type near you. Want to fight 50 endbosses together with 9 rebel buddies? You can. At any time. Great fun.

For me it was the Lord Brigan fight in Odin Sphere.

He takes a lot of hits and can dish a lot more. It took me a couple of hours to even beat him. I kept running into his near one hit kill which oddly enough is forcing wine down Gwendolyn's throat. D:

Luckily the game made him easier to fight when he's a General later in the game. His defense is still high for a boss though. D:

Probably the final boss in Wild Arms, before that point I had got everyone's best equipment beaten every bonus boss including Ragu O' Ragula and was about 20 levels overleveled. Poor bastard didn't last for more than couple of rounds.

On the flipside,my fight against Ragu O' Ragula in Wild Arms 2 was a complete and utter disgrace due to my reliance on the sleep spell and hoping he didn't hit that hard.

Final boss of Birth By Sleep for Terra. God dang it I hated that guy! I dont want to spoil anything, so I'll just say that the whole boss fight could have been avoided, if some one actually noticed how freaking evil the main bad is! It took me three days to beat him, and when I finally did, it was ten at night and I screamed "YES!!!!!" once I won. I don't think my parents were too happy about that.

Update:
Oh! And Sepheroth in Kingdom Hearts 2! I went in there thinking "this is going to be fine." Then, dead in the first 2 seconds. I just sat there in stunned silence for a little while my brother laughed at me.

After being slaughtered by Son of Arugal multiple times in the farm area south of Tirisfal Glades, my level 80 Warlock used Soul Fire on it, crit, and did many thousands of damage. It made me happy.

I was once in a one sided fight, it was in Prototype. It consisted of Alex Mercer fighting anything but a huge number of tanks.

I do enjoy that game....
this...so much of this...
Except for the final boss.

Me(as voiceless, helmet head) vs. Henchman #13526332, not to be confused with Henchman #13526323 who almost kicked my ass all the way to the beginning of the level.
