OP is correct, the painter boss from Castle Crashers is fucking amazing.
Also from Castle Crashers, the corn boss.
God I love this game.

Mara from Persona 3. I'm NOT going to post a pic of it. Just google it yourself. You'll see what I mean.
A Wiener Is You!

Well, rolling on that ball, Nyx, who is this first boss I've ever seen that's taken 45 minutes to beat.
Dr. Peace, who is the first occurence of the phenomenon known as Fighting motherfucking Charles Bronson syndrome.
Bad Girl, for being one of the most crazy bitches I've seen in a Wii game.
Shadow Rise, for being one of the most WTF things I've ever seen in a JRPG.
And to tie it off, The Handsome Men, from Killer 7.
GO GO POWER RANGERS! YOU MIGHTY MORPHIN' POWER RANGEEEERRRSSS!!!

MSG1? A game about food poisoning? Sounds nasty.

Red Dead Redemption's last boss is tough.
No one's ever beaten it.

Alot of WoW bosses are pretty Original gameplay-wise, the Cataclysm Beta brought really sweet mechanics into boss fights to make it alot more enjoyable and challenging.

You stole the Painter Boss from Castle Crashers like out of my mouth.
And all of the bosses in the new DLC for Borderlands were pretty funny.

Killing the colossal final boss in Serious Sam with a huge alien death ray may not be completely original, but I loved when Sam said "It's not the size that matters, it's how you use it."

Can't remember any bosses I've fought at the moment, That ball of zombies from that CastleVania game was pretty original, and I know I'm going to get flamed for not knowing the names.
Granfalloon in SotN, Legion in the others (I think. Definitely called Legion in Aria of Sorrow).

Every GM in The World Ends With You has an amazing boss fight.

- A chef that constantly uses food analogies and jokes.
- A "cool guy" that is obsessed with numbers and math.
- A sexy, sexy lady that ends up being totally brilliant and crazy
- Not a GM, but the giant snake at the end of the game was amazing.

Oh god...I loved this game so much.

This was my favorite boss.

OT: I think the Gunship Battle in WoW is pretty original. The boss is a gunship...and everything that comes with it.

I always thought that sniper wolf was the best because you couldn't take her on from the start and you had to go out and get a PSG1 to fight her and then you had to do it again but finding her in the snow with out getting shot was a *****.

She is the only boss that made me feel bad about what I did and made me love guns and wolves.

Well, I guess I have to. That guy.

For those who don't know what it is(Where the hell have you been?) you should know that it's about the size of a train.
