I very well could be wrong, but I have never seen a game outside Fable let you use a stick as a weapon.

The Unreal Dispersion pistol I thought was unique. At first it is pretty much a flashlight, but collect all 5 power ups for it, throw on an amplifier, and you can one shot Titans!

Ironically none of those weapons are original in the slightest, gunblades were actual historical weapons used primarily for self defence (although their usefulness was debatable). Hidden blades are just a standard lolninja/assasination weapon and plasmids = magical powers with syringes attached.
Even the bee hand has been done before.

The laptop thing that makes rockets fall down in Modern Warfare 2. Or maybe the sledgehammer from Red Faction: Gorilla.

Same to this guy, predator missiles are based (roughly) on current technology the same with everything else in the game, removing all originality. I wont even get started on a sledgehammer.

Yeah. Other than the few generic guns you get at the start, the Ratchet & Clank series has the most original weapons.

I mean, seriously: a gun that shoots out black holes to suck your enemies into another dimension? A gun whose sole purpose is to make loud, obnoxious noises to lure your enemies into traps? A gun that turns your enemies into various farm animals? Ratchet & Clank weapons are just so ridiculous and amazing.

In Redneck Rampage, there was a weapon that was a severed alien arm that fired lasers from a finger when you pulled on an exposed tendon. I think that's pretty damn original.

Destroy All Humans had some of the most original weapons ive seen in any games.
A gun that shoots disk that stick to objects and crash them into stuff til their dead? Awesome.
Anal Probe? Nuff' said.
A gun that makes asteroids and if fully upgraded and small moon crash into the earth? Equally awesome.
