Anyway, kinda surprised this hasn't come up yet but the Klobb in Goldeneye. I'd sooner slap em than attempt to use that waste of space weapon.

I gotta get behind this. Can't remember how many times I doubled it up thinking "come on--there are TWO of them" only to put about a dozen rounds into someone at point-blank with NO EFFECT. Whereupon they'd kill me with a miniature pistol.

I know it's pretty obscure, but anyone tried to use a bow in Mount&Blade? I'm pretty good at shooting things in games, but I couldn't even hit a horse with that shit.

yes indeedy. with a horse it's even harder. you just gotta stand still and work out how much the arrow's going to drop in flight

but man, throwing knives and axes were the worst.

Just the generic starting pistol you recieve on the first level of everygame that involves shooting others.

If you're playing Call of Duty 4/WaW hardcore then the pistol is good. So good that I never ever take overkill as a perk.

The pistol is also quite handy on Halo.

Yeah but how long have you been playing worms for? Compare that time to how many kills you could have got with say, Armageddon

Poke is an amazing move - also, if you can successfully execute a kill with it, it is THE most humiliating way to die.

I'll also say the starting handgun in fallout 3 and the plasma pistol in halo(s).

The plasma pistol was so under rated. Its a fantastic secondary weapon. One charge shot wipes out shields then you switch to your other weapon (or dont for duel wield) to finish the guy off. Great piece of kit.
