When you finish a level on X-Com without having 2/3 of your team slaughtered by aliens or hatched into a chryssalid.

The most satisfying moment that I've ever had with a game has to be the boss fight with "The Great Mighty Poo" in Conker's Bad Fur Day. Seriously, there is no other boss fight out there that can compare with throwing rolls of toilet paper at a giant mound of opera-singing poo with corn for teeth.
I second that! Truly a great moment in gaming!

In a dragging on boss fight, where the boss has no health bar. You have like, no way to save yourself, so you do one final plan, to just attack. The boss falls over and dies, the day is saved. This goes for any type of games, although I do say there isn't a FPS where I had trouble on a last boss. I think the only last boss I had troubles with was PSO Ep 1, being A HUcast fighting Dark Falz on Hard, and, the last boss in Orphan.

That was so sweet. Defeating GLaDOS and getting the reward in the end. I loved that ending.

EATING THE HEARTS OF THE FALLEN IN The Twisted Tales of Spike McFang.

Sure, they look like tomatoes, but what sort of monster carries a tomato on their person? Where would they hold them, anyway? They're so obviously hearts.
