That sounds so scary....

Claustrophobia for the lose.

OT: I haven't ever been that scared... I haven't got out of the whole 'I'm a teenager therefore I'm invincible' phase... it's a cool phase to be in.

I was held up at gunpoint and shot in the kneecap, when I was around 15.
It was the most scary thing I can remember.

I was home alone one day when I heard evil laughter coming from the room next to me. I seriously thought that an axe murderer had broken into my house and I was going to die. To this day, I have no idea what caused it. There are no TVs or radios or anything like that in that room.

Bonus points if you watch all of them.
That was nothing. Where are my points?

I saw a ghost. Full contact. I was on the Queen Mary. I was in one of the engine rooms when I saw a very reflective Gauge thing. On it I saw a reflection of a little girl in a nightgown holding a teddy bear. I was an aid on a daycare field trip so I thought it was one of the little kids I was looking after. I felt a gentle tug on my shirt and heard "DADDY?" followed by a tiny giggle. I turned around and nothing was there. My hair was up on end for the rest of the day. I know what I saw, felt, and heard. This is all true.

It was my 12th birthday. My parents took me and a couple of my friends to a funfair. There was this ride called the hangover. It consisted of rows of carriages of seats which were suspended in the air, upside down. My seat was loose, and when the seats were suspended in the air, upside down, I could feel myself falling out and had to use my feet and use the carriage underneath to support me and stop from falling out and to my death. That was pretty fucking scary. My mum being as sick as she is took me back a year later, but alas the ride no longer existed as one of the guys working there informed us that somebody had died on it the previous year...

Wow, did you recover? (physically I mean, but recovering emotionally is important too)

At one point of time last year, I had woken up somewhere between 1:30-2:30, and had gotten up to go get some water. I passed by my dad who had chosen to stay up late playing games on the computer, gave him my usual greeting of saying "Noob" then got my water, and proceeded back to my room. When I walked in I shut my door, and I felt a cold chill from the back of my neck and down. I turned around and saw a black faceless figure that was mildly transparent. I could see my belongings through the figure, but I could still tell something was there. I freaked out and dove for my bed which was in the corner of my room, and the way I landed on it was to where I was facing the walls, so basically if it wasn't on my bed, I couldn't see it in my room. My body then locked up as I heard footsteps across my room, and as they came to a stop, I began to feel what felt like to me like someone was stabbing me repeatedly in the back with a large knife. Shortly into that, my left arm began to burn like crazy. I eventually passed out from all the pain, as I woke up the next morning. I quickly remembered what had happened the last night so I ran to the bathroom to have a look at my back. My back was perfectly fine with no wounds on it, and there were no burn marks on my arm, but it stung when I messed with it. I also asked my dad if he had heard anything and he said all he heard was a loud thump shortly after I heard my door shut as well.

Indeed, but that, with a few other leg injuries prevented me from playing competitive sports in college and my last 2 years of high school.

Wow, I'm glad to know you didn't die, and I'm sure it was the people who were supposed to fasten the restraints fault. One time I was at Carowinds and chose to get on the DropZone or whatever its called. For those who don't know it, its one of those rides that slowly take you up like an elevator, then falls straight down at a pretty decent speed. When me and my friends were getting on, the guy failed to properly secure our restraints, when we realized this we screamed and yelled at him... it took him about 30 seconds before he came over there. Wanna know why? 'Cause the damn prick went straight to a group of girls that he knew and happened to be there, and he went to go talk to them, and instead of fixing our restraints, he forgot about us and had almost started the ride. :|
