Oblivion - building a set of armor that gives +str on each peice, then when laying the first blow in a fight, they block it and the shield slides off their arm.

Yea, those are the best.
Also sticking a plasma grenade to your opponents face in Halo. There is nothing they can do about it, all they can see is the grenade, and they just know that they're fucked. That tends to make me smile.

Defending the intelligence in 2Forts, slaughtered somewhere between 4 and 5 billion scouts with my sentry, so I just wandered into the opponent's base (32 players match with both teams maxre out)took the intelligence, and walked back, didn't get shot once.

Oh, and swarming a friend of mine with 1300 rifleman squads in C&C3, that was so epic (One squad=8 people, and so 10400 riflemen can easily cover half of the largest 8-player map)

I was sniping with the M95 in BF2, shot a jet pilot, the jet then proceeded to fly straight into a teammate of mine standing on the deck of the hangar ship, it shouldn't be possible.

Getting a good first level in Spelunky. I had 3 crates and a woman spawn right by the entrance earlier today.

Tetris. I enjoy when you make some amazing move that you'll never be able to do again...this usually occurs when you're about 3 lines from the top.

God of War II steeds of time. Bashing that guys head in the door like a hundred times. Pure Awesome.

Setting up a Big Daddy trap in BioShock to insta-kill/take away a lot of it's health in one fowl swoop.

Destroying the explosive barrels. You can imagine my intense orgasm with Halo 3's Forge infinite exploding barrel cycle.

C&C3: Kane's Wrath. Building about twenty Specters, sending them to the enemy base and ordering them to attack a single structure is one of the most satisfying video game moments I can think of. The resulting explosion lags the game.

Fable: TLC. Donning a full set of plate armour, a chicken mask, and doing the Dance expression in front of the final boss.

Every single stealth kill from AvP counts as well, especially when an Alien kills a Marine.

figuring out any puzzle in LoZ. they are not the most difficult ever made, but i find it extremely satisifying when i solve them. if i get it right on the first try i always assume that i play too many video games.

Oh, and the exectutions you do when you hit from behind.
This. My friend, this. God that was so satisfying since so many enemies could bend you over if you were not careful.

I never played Halo's online multiplayer except with my brother, but here was something I always found really, really fun:

1.) Find an enemy-driven Warthog with a gunner on the turret.
2.) Kill the driver and steal the Warthog.
3.) Drive the Warthog off the cliff, bailing out just before the edge.
4.) Wave goodbye to the unfortunate gunner.

A considerable percentage of my online kills came from gunnernappings.

And in any game I have played enough times to memorize, I end up ruthlessly mocking any and every aspect of it. Here's an awful example that's certainly only funny to me:

Heather: *gasp!* No! *crying* Dad, Nooo! *sob* Why did this have to happen?! *cry*
Me: Because YOU DIDN'T GET THAT THING HE ASKED YOU TO!
