My State Fair this year had bacon covered in chocolate, and then deep fried once more, with fried onions put into the choclate mix before covering the damned thing.

Makes your heart want to stop right now, doesn't it?

In the U.S Arizona there's a Restaurant called the Heart Attack Grill.

Like always - WikiPedia explains this the best:

The Heart Attack Grill is a fast food hamburger restaurant in Chandler, Arizona, United States. It has courted controversy by serving unashamedly high-calorie menu items with controversial names. The establishment is a hospital theme restaurant: waitresses ("nurses") take orders ("prescriptions") from the customers ("patients"). A tag is put on the patient's wrist showing which foods they ordered and a "doctor" examines the "patients" with a stethoscope.

The menu includes "Single", "Double", "Triple", and "Quadruple Bypass" hamburgers, ranging from 0.5 to 2 lb (0.23 to 0.91 kg) of beef (up to about 8000 calories), "Flatliner Fries" (cooked in pure lard)
At first I thought this was a joke - but after searching on YouTube I found this:

Their menu:

They also sell - UNFILTERED CIGARETTES.

I live in England. The height of our "cuisine" is fish, chips, pasties and a battered Mars bars, and I think all of those things were created elsewhere.
Speaking of, the battered Mars bar is possibly the most heart-wrenching concoction that can be ordered nationwide without a funny look from the guy behind the counter. That or deep-fried sausages wrapped in bacon and cheese.
I have seen a recipe for cheese-and-bacon stuffed pizza burgers somewhere. I don't want to meet the man who can eat more than a slice of that.
Oh yeah, and lard, but that doesn't count.

Well, since Norwegian cuisine is mostly built around fish and starvation, I can't really think of any really unhealthy foods. However, I will leave you with a picture of Smalahove

(Yes, that is a sheep's head.)

The ever- growing trent towards the inedibly humongous hamburger.

Someday this will no longer be a parody.

The greasiest food I ever had was at Joey's seafood. I could feel my arteries harden as I ate that fried piece of fish.
