We have this dish called "Fenek Malti".It's basically rabbit but uses all of the fat and waste of the rabbit. Add that with a ton of herbs. It's pretty good though...

THE HEART ATTACK GRILL!!!!! Its in Pheonix and I went there in the summer whilst on a road trip in the states. Everything is deep fried in lard. Fantastic place.

EDIT, how could i forget about the old british pub staple.. Th epork scratching. Basically a bag of dried cooked pig fat (so its crunchy) then heavily salted. Delicious but two bags in one night would probably kill you :D.

This was written in a thread asking for ideas for threads, and since I saw this one being put up I am going to proceed and create it.

Why?

Because of the fine Canadian delicacy known as poutine.

What is poutine? How could you make french fries more unhealthy? You! In the back! No, not slather it in mayonaise, that's Belgium (cookie for the reference, although it is a bit vague). How about gravy? And make it swim in the stuff. And why not add some cheese to it as well, your arteries can handle that much more cholesteral am I right?

The result of this mix is this:

And boy does it ever taste good.
And I thought American food was more artery clogging, well I guess it is. Well I live in the U.S. sooooo..... yeah... deep fried grease anyone? lol it's amazing I'm underwieght.

Damn ninja'd in the OP! I agree Poutine is awesome and unhealthy. I guess if had to go for a number two in Canada, it'd be Beavertails. Yummy deep fried pastry topped with sugar, maple syrup or pretty much anything you want.
Oh Beavertails, what can't you have put on them?

I'm kinda glad (and disappointed) that the most unhealthy food I know in real life is nothing
compared to everything everyone else has mentioned. :(

I'd say a full English is pretty unhealthy
Out of curiosity, what does a full English person taste like? XD
I'm annoyed by myself for laughing at that joke. :D

Um... If I say I'm from the US do I have to provide an example or will it just be taken for granted that everything here is unhealthy.

God...the Heart Attack Grill...I went there and only had fries, 'cause I was a bout to run from that place and vomit.

Other than that, what you guys have up there just made my chest hurt by looking at it.

I am English, and most traditional foods here are bad for you, or good for you, depending on how you look at it. Doesn't this look great?

Is that a french toast omelette sandwich doused in syrup?

Well, the most unhealthiest foods in the world come from The Heart Attack Grill, courtesy of Arizona.

Would I lie to you?
[small]Don't answer that.[/small]
i didnt doubt you, i'm just shocked that that place is allowed continued existence.
The day that place gets shut down is the day America can no longer call itself a free country. Gods bless America.

Since you got Canada covered in the OP, I'll do one from Switzerland... Cheese Fondue!

My dad usually takes a spoon and scoops out the fat that accumulates from the melting cheese.

We are in the midst of the holiday feeding frenzy here, so I think I have had enough practice to most certainly give it a try.

The Manwich? You've all seen it but i'm to lazy to grab pics.
You talking about the stuff that comes in a can? Nothing inherently unhealty about that, it's just a sauce + ground meat.
No, no, no I mean't this:
