This lady is either:

a) Insane or,
b) Smoking some really awesome stuff.

Or both. But whatever she is smoking, I want some. Now.

There are two sides to every story, who'e to say Diddy is completely innocent. No smoke without fire.

But seriously, She is probably just hoping for Diddy to settle out of court. On a related note how has this got so far in the American Courts? What self respecting lawyer would take up her case, and what is the legal precedence for these cases, do they have to go to court, or could the judge just outright say this is rediculous?

The implication here is that Diddy had anything at all to do with the 9/11 attack, knocked down a random woman's children, one of them being his son, and stole a 100 zillions dollar poker chip.

You can't read that with a straight face.

She's gotta be mentally disturbed. It's too specific and too absurd to be legitimate. I wonder what the law is regarding mental competency and frivolous lawsuits?

I honestly think that for cases like this, the one bringing the lawsuit should be punished by the state. Maybe an impressive fine, something along those lines.

Completely off topic but as soon as I started reading your post a Paramore song came on Pandora. Creepy.

Back on topic : As to how it got this far in court it goes like this :

1. She is her own lawyer for this case. No self respecting lawyer would give a brief phrased as some of the quotes in the article were.

2. She has only been given a hearing. This is mandatory in such a case, though I suspect the judge will set a new record for fastest dismissal in history.

...Wow. Ladies and gents, I think we either have a new grand overlord of trolls everywhere, rising from the ashes of boredom, or a grand new moron to laugh at for years to come.

hahaha what!?!?!

This is so damn hilarious and absurd. Sharing on my facebook right away.

If I were the judge to hear this I would try to challenge myself to see how long I could keep a straight face while this woman is giving her case. I don't think I'd last long.

Oh, that would be awesome, but is probably giving her way to much credit, props to her if she is though. There needs to be some sort of safeguard to protect against this craziness.

Didn't Kim Jong Il want to sue the U.S. for something like 38 Trillion dollars that we apparently owed them.
Dont you need to be friends or win a war to get money from another country? Especially one that could and would easily beat his and the collective populous of N. Korea's brains into the ground with minimal effort?

OT: First, I'd love to hear this woman's reasonings, cause I need a laugh right now.

Anyway, first, If I were the judge, I would have just slapped her with the book of law, since a zillions dollars is an unreal amount of money. THen just to spite her, I'd give it to her, since payable as a lump sum.

Ignoring that, I'd immediately ask the women when the last time she was in the presence of Diddy was, because he was appearantly 18 when he "fathered" her child. Then finally I'd ask her how in the hell she figures that raising this child cost her 900 billion dollars and when she ever earned the other 100 billion, because that zillions dollar is not the same number as 100 billion.

But yeah this woman needs a severe bitching slapping and telling to "sit down and shut the hell up." There are so many more important cases in the legal system then this.

EDIT:
I wonder if she and the woman who said she owned the sun are related in some way. I severely doubt stupidity of this level isnt hereditary and just happens. At least, I hope to god its not, otherwise the world just got much scarier.

Imagine, your kids could be as dumb as this woman.

I think it's pretty obvious that this is either fake or the woman is actually mentally ill.

At least he had a semi-reasonable reason. This woman may as well but as of now shes just a whacko that needs smacked upside the head with a large trout.
