I would call her Lillith, and she would be an Intrepid-class ship. Her purpose would be the same as every other Federation ship before her: "to explore strange new worlds, to seek out new life and new civilizations, to boldly go where no one has gone before."

'A White Hope'.

A simple vessel owned by a private mediation company to transports its mediators to assist in the brokering of peace between vast, powerful space empires. She would be small, but large enough to accommodate the diplomats and their aides. She would also have superior navigation, detection, stealth and speed capabilities, so that she could locate and quickly reach a suitable sector of relatively safe space away from forces that could attempt to defeat the mediation efforts. Stealth technology would also help in this regard. But she would be unarmed, to ease tensions and discourage other vessels from viewing her as a threat.
