We can ask but most of us don't (especially in my case at this time considering there are 2 different Code of Honor games. If it is a remake that goes by a modified name then yes that is ok (aka Tyrian and Tyrain 2000) but if it is basiacally the same game repackeged (aka THE FREAKING SIMS -eye twitch-) then we usually let it slide with a general answer

Yes it is Battle Isle 3, Shadow of the Emperor. I highly recomend it. It is a turn based game that is faster than Civilisation for turns. This is what modern RTS evolved from.
