By continents do we mean Vvardenfel, Cyrodiil etc. or Tamriel + others?

I've got a blu ray drive in my PC, soooooo, couldn't blu-ray games come to the PC eventually? I mean we transferred from Floppy to Cd, then to DVD, so Blu Ray PC games could/should be a future optionAbedeus said:And make it a PS3 exclusive... Yeah, fat chance. well, the only thing i can think of is, 1) blue ray? 2) pc with a lot of space 3) downloading it onto your xbox360 hardrive, or switching disks every continentbue519 said:Blue Ray?kevin arnold said:the new elder scrolls 5 is supposedly have all the continents in it, how are they going to fit that on a disc.

I like to have a disk, and considering the size of some games compared to achievable download speeds, it would be quicker to go to the shop and buy it on disk then install it. Plus I have a friend that doesn't have use of the net at all, he is part of a vary small minority, but he already can't play a number of games because of steam registration, and he's very pissed off about it.seydaman said:digital downloading is the future of pc gamessms_117b said:I've got a blu ray drive in my PC, soooooo, couldn't blu-ray games come to the PC eventually? there we go
If the wikipedia article has sourced its claims (like most popular articles do), then I don't see why not. If a statement is sourced, then you can simply check the source for verification. Also, you can easily check the discussion page and changelog of the article for a general idea of what the vandalism history of it looks like. The idea that wikipedia is an unacceptable source merely for being wikipedia bothers me. People with this idea clearly have very limited experience with its system...apsycogerbil said:okay people less "i heard that..." more actual sources (wikipedia doesn't count)
But how long did it take for prices of DVD burners to fall to a reasonable price? They were on the shelves for super long time, because it was easier and cheaper to get CDs and burn them.sms_117b said:I've got a blu ray drive in my PC, soooooo, couldn't blu-ray games come to the PC eventually? As for the topic, I think it's pretty much done. The topic starter has been asked for a source several times, and ignored the requests. That means he doesn't have one.
Maybe they'll use a TRIPLE LAYERED DISC! Or not.Clashero said:They could, you know, use... two discs! *women fainting, men revolting, murmurs of disapproval and several gasps*kevin arnold said:the new elder scrolls 5 is supposedly have all the continents in it, how are they going to fit that on a disc.
As for consoles... I dunno. But you can't seriously expect to play what is bound to be a bug-ridden piece of software without the ability to mod it.

The only thing coming out soon with the name "The Elder Scrolls" is a novel and something else for Oblivion.
No TES5.
Its not enough. This is just a rumor.ansem1532 said:Bethesda Split into two groups, one for Fallout and one for TES.oliveira8 said:Hmm...This is not true.

I'm not saying it's coming out soon, but it is a safe bet it is production just as much as Fallout 4 is.
*Don't ask for a source, because I picked it up from multiple sites with their approval stated someone else's link =p
