I am the most generic, boring and uninteresting person ever, when it comes to superficial things.

Heterosexual male with average sexual activity/interest. And yes, I am also blonde and white, weigh averagelly, have no allergies and eat anything.

Jesus, I am so cliched I should be a movie character in the most average movie ever made... What's the most average movie ever made?

Why does it have to be denoted more than Gay/Straight/Bi? How the hell does it matter how "much" bi you are? Why is it relevant?
I just don't see the point with putting numbers on what you prefer. "I prefer girls over guys, but some guys are hot enough for me to like them" should be enough.
If you are sexually aroused by another sex, then you aren't straight. How OFTEN you are aroused is pretty pointless.
(And make note that if you are aroused, but still do not have sex with the object of your desire, then you are still not straight in my mind. Arousal is enough, and no, thinking "Hey, that girl/guy is pretty hot" is not arousal. Arousal is wanting to have sexual contact)
This^^

Heterosexuality, homosexuality, bisexuality and asexuality is all you need. Any more complicated and it's not worth giving its own name, and if anything proves that it's too fluid a subject to bother putting into categories. Kinda irritates me when people go this in-depth into it.
I don't even worry about sexuality at all anymore. I used to fret about "Am I heterosexual or bisexual? Do I have too much preference to categorise myself in the latter?" Then I realised that it really doesn't matter and I just take things how they come.

I'm bisexual, and also pretty much unphased by every sexual act there is.
I'll try anything once (If its legal, and won't hurt anyone else)

Also, I really wanna punch the dude you were talking about OP, makes me so mad....

So apparently this already exists and I totally wasted three hours of my time inventing something that already is here with fancy graphs. Go ahead and disregard this thread then, sorry to have wasted your time and confuse a few people over it.
No worries. I find it's actually pretty fun to do such things on occasion. Also, hugs to you and other stuff [http://www.wordstudio.net/gist/fodder/penguin_animated.gif] to your friend.

Oh believe me, he's not my friend.
You know that guy that goes up to you at work and hands you a pamphlet about Religion?
This is that guy.

I don't think a "nonsexual" or "asexual" exists. There's only so far that we can go resisting our natural urges.
..I actually think it's a mechanic to hide the facts that you're sexually frustrated.

Extremely uncommon? Yes. Nonexistent? No.

Think of it this way: say you're the stereotypical forum goer[footnote]If not, replace sexuality and genitalia as appropriate[/footnote] - a completely straight male. Are you sexually attracted to other guys? Are you "resisting your natural urges"?

Asexuals are exactly like that with both guys and girls, simple as that.

I would still like to add the additional category concerning sexuality...
It's the annoying one that confuses people even more, but whatever...
I'll use the term 'pan-sexual' for ease, but the description is more important:
The capacity to be attracted to males, females, both (hemaphrodites), neither (asexuals), once was one now the other (trans-gendered), and everything in between.

Yeah, still not working out for me.
Maybe I'm not "Progressive" enough, the idea that someone has absolutely no sexual attraction at all, to anything, seems weird.
So, just for my reference, you are either bisexual or harbor some amount of sexual attraction to your sex (if hetero) or the opposite sex (if homo)?

And you may think asexuality is weird, but it's quite tame compared to other odd sexual quirks. ;p

..Yeah, I think I do have a sexual attraction to my own sex, even though hetero.
Face it, there are some guys/gals that are just yum.

After thinking about it for a while, asexuality makes a little bit more sense to me now.. However, I am still skeptic about the ridiculous amount of asexuals that sometimes pop up on the Escapist.
Accepted. I will point out that there are a statistically higher number of people who are asexual who are involved with nerdly habits (you've got to fill the time the rest of us spend rutting, after all) as well as pointing out that straight people don't have a need to come out and say "hey, I'm straight" because they're the "norm".

There are over many people who say they are asexual though.

Well, firstly I've never heard it called "nonsexuality", it's "asexuality".

Secondly, there are multiple genders, so you can't just have a scale that moves between men and women.

Thirdly, it's worth considering creating a separate chart for romantic interest, since who you're romantically interested in can be different to who you're sexually interested.

And fourthly, like you say, there's already charts that show this kind of thing.

How are you guys working that test. Since I've managed to get it so that by switching T/F for one statement, I can switch it from 0 to 6 lol. I think that test may be broken, dodgy script (I turned off no script, but it still wouldn't work right).

That's a personal peeve of mine, I refuse to call it that. You see, Asexuality is a scientific term to denote something that reproduces via Microsis (One cell splits into two identical cells), which is only really found in bacteria, viruses, and the like, so every time I hear someone call me Asexual instead of Nonsexual, I kinda see it as an insult.
I'm far more complex than single celled organisms.
Besides, single celled organisms that reproduce through Microsis exist solely for reproducing, which is also sort of the exact opposite of what it would be referring to in humans.

That's fair enough, I can understand that.

Only problem is, if we called ourselves "nonsexuals" we'd have to come up with a new "short-for" name that's as cool as "ace". Hmm, "nonce"? Wait, no, definitely not. :)
