Mine originated while playing Aliens vs Predator 2 like 9 years ago.

The flamethrower on that game was extremely effective against aliens, so anyone one time i was being burnt by a marine while playing as an alien and just shouted out to a mate

"Ah my Nuts are being Toasted!!!"

I dunno why i said it im sure saying burnt would have sufficed but hey i thought it sounded funny and thus Toasted Nuts was created and used for any online game ive ever played, except Medal of Honor Allied Assault.

When registering for the Escapist, I couldn't think of a name to use. So I picked a random number (picked 4), closed my eyes and pulled out a random CD from my shelf (happened to be Deicide's "Legion"), went to the track number for the number I'd picked, and...there ya go.

Sorry to say no thought whatsoever went into it.

"Adrimor" sounds cool, so I used it for the name of my first furry character...

As for Steam names, "RobianStranger" comes from another character I made a bit later, "Robian" being my first and middle names smashed together (lol i r oreejinul) and "Stranger" because "Sconosciuto" is too long (and means "stranger" anyway, at least according to Google Trans1337). I'm also Sconosciuto on SMT: Imagine, at least on the very rare occasions I actually play it.

Annd I don't have an Xbox/360 or a PS3. \o/
