Something with fast paced gameplay, guns, and some stealth.

What would YOUR perfect game be?

A game where you play Generation 1 Optimus Prime on an open world Cybertron, Crackdown style.

The Fable Scrolls. Er rather....TES with the interactivity of Fable. Mostly just all the stuff already from TES games, prefferably using Morrowind as the base, while taking from Fable the world's life and socializing elements, and maybe some of the combat stuff. The physical moral effects though should stay out, but being able to alter character appearance after creation and also maybe stats affecting appearance to some degree being put in. Also a few things from Two Worlds Id like in, but Im feeling lazy. (Not the bad voice acting)

I have high hopes for TES5.

Fix the combat and buggy engine, get rid of scaling enemies and it could be the greatest ever.

hmm tough one.

for me i would like something where i can literally put myself into the game. design my character to look like me. with a bit of action and gore and a lot of twists in the story line just to make things interesting. i would say to have infinite things to do but that just wont happen as the programing has to end somewhere, the if its something like a 360 game where they bring out more gameplay and downloadable content like each month or two, that would be good :)

Scaled enemies should not be removed. I think alot of TES's problems can be resolved by making things an option. SOME people like the scaling system. It could be an option. Or perhaps should be toned down. And yes, I have hopes for TESV too but well, he asked PERFECT game. Morrowind isnt perfect, but way closer than any game I have ever played.

An open-world realistically-simulated RPG with multiple worlds and time periods as well as an intuitive modding program that allows the creation of nearly any object, material, or location imaginable. I would likely be happy hooking myself up to it Matrix-style if I had that.

My perfect game is a true sniper game. One where you have to move into position take the shot accounting for all the real world factors. then you had to make an escape without getting detected/killed. You would also have a training before the game.
OR
A game that is like what MAG is shaping up to be but you combine air and warships(navy). You choose a branch of service(navy, air force, or ground services) then you have to play through the whole game/online in that service, each has owns pros and cons. Also you would have to heal in a medic camp. SUPER REALISM

Hacking away at a level 38 Goblin Warlord for an eternity is grinding and just isn't fun.

It's tedious and boring.

I end up sliding the difficulty down out of impatience rather than anything else.

I think Fallout 3 did the enemy scaling better than Oblivion.

In F3 if you picked the right perks you felt like a complete tough as nails badass by the end, which is how I like to feel after all that XP hunting.

In Oblivion the enemies seemed to get harder as you levelled up, making you feel unrewarded for your hard work.

my perfect game... i don't think that it can exist. it's all so contextual, so my answer will probably end up being nothing like the truth.

the two things that are closest right now are chess and pokemon (neither of which i have played in a while... i might have killed them with overuse. i hope i can ressurect them at some point.) but if you try combining those then i'm pretty sure that the result will be horrific.

Google Search - "Infinity: Quest for Earth"

From the progress on it, I'd say THIS is going to be my "perfect game."
