*raises glass*Zemalac said:vid20, I would like to shake your hand. It was an honor to work with Jayck and Jyill, and I can't shake the feeling that I won by a bare margin. Well done sir; I look forward to seeing you next war.
Hmm, I don't have any problem with that, and I can see what Athena would do in this case. I had a potential battle with you prepared, but the recent complication of 'no deaths' has rendered it impossible. So I'll have to rewrite anyway.mshcherbatskaya said:Krunk, I would like to break one of your rules if I may. The DJ is, for lack of a better descriptor, one of the Old Powers, just as Lady Athena is. It only makes sense to me that he would know her, perhaps even have a history of some sort with her. Of course, this would be true in reverse as well. Would that be OK with you?
Oh, by the way, can I get links to all your writings so far? It would be a great help.mshcherbatskaya said:snip
I will have to dig for them. I'll get them tomorrow. Ping me if I don't.Lord Krunk said:Oh, by the way, can I get links to all your writings so far? It would be a great help.mshcherbatskaya said:snip
Mine are on my first post on the front page. I'm pretty sure I've got them all there, but I may have missed one.
Oh, I wasn't necessarily intending to kill The DJ, but to absorb him, much like the others. It doesn't kill them, but traps them in a kinda nightmare dimension where their very essence fuels The Hunger constantly. The more food (or Essence), the stronger she gets. As you already know, Athena now harbours inside her the Horseman of War.mshcherbatskaya said:If it makes it any easier, you can't really kill the DJ without entirely eliminating music from the universe. You could destroy this manifestation of him, but he'd return.
Fair enough, thanks for that.mshcherbatskaya said:I will have to dig for them. I'll get them tomorrow. Ping me if I don't.Lord Krunk said:Oh, by the way, can I get links to all your writings so far? It would be a great help.mshcherbatskaya said:snip

That's the third person to regard the announcement of fighting me with a tentative *gulp*. I can't decide if that's a good thing or a bad thing.Dastardos said:Awesome. Logician.
I can't tell if I'm excited to fight such a glorious opponent, or really depressed and disappointed that I won't be in the Semi-Finals.
I wanted Zemalac though. I wanted to remove his character's vocal cords out.The_Logician19 said:That's the third person to regard the announcement of fighting me with a tentative *gulp*. I can't decide if that's a good thing or a bad thing.Dastardos said:Awesome. Logician.

In any case, may the better man win. Don't count yourself out yet, Dastardos; I've lost twice to Ultrajoe, so I'm not invincible.
Apologies Abound
Then how would he be telling the story later?Dastardos said:I wanted Zemalac though.
