The reasons she gives when we pillow-talk are most likely "OH SO KJUUUUTE" bullshit, so I think she likes me because I'm always there and I'm willing to put up with her crap.

Why does anyone like anyone that much? Frankly I've never understood it, not personally. To paraphrase David Mitchell, love is being slightly deluded in each other's favour.

I need to find a really delusional girl somewhere.

Well,

Single now, but i've been told

My eyes.
You're Sweet.
You Seduced me. (I loved that one... i totally tried but failed miserably but worked oddly enough)

I just think its because im handsome and interesting, oh and i'm very good at asking them question and most important of all, listening or seeming like im interested in what they're saying...

Me and Helen did a little isolated quiz in uni once on relationships to see how compatible we were, things like places to visit, foods, films ect
under a section titled why do you like your partner? we both put "because he/she's mad". I'd say that was a good enough reason for me

Well, when I had a girlfriend, she said it was because I was funny and fun to talk to.

This didn't really last long , and I got very cynical and bitter, and eventually she just couldn't really deal with me so she left, which was probably a smart choice on her behalf.

Damn, I've just made your thread all depressing haven't I?

Hide your depression behind my massive ego and this thread will be saved!

OT: The real question is, why wouldn't she like me?

And I can't come up with an answer. I'm pretty sure she likes everything about me. At least at the moment.

a)I'm a good cook
b)Apparently Im the sweetest thing on Earth (as long as i don't get hysterical in an argument)
c)According to him I'm beautiful
d)I'm ALWAYS THERE (literally) for him
e)I'm small and delicate so he can hold me, protect me and treat me like his puppy (in a good way obv)
f)I've got my own computer + I've got my own copy of Fallout 3 and Assassins Creed

Hmm, a girl I was messing around with for a few weeks said that being in my arms made her feel safe...

Not safe enough to stay with me though! =P

Oh, and Furburt, you actually make me feel better! ;)

After five years, you lose track of reasons. I find it difficult to think of just one or just a couple of reasons why I like someone, or someone likes me , if you can think of things straight away and list a few then I feel under appreciated. If I really like someone I cannot choose a few reasons why. I like everything about my GF even the things I don't like. If you don't understand that you either haven't been in a relationship very long, or your married and it gets to the point you think everything annoys you instead.

Well I don't currently have a girlfriend, but all the girls who have liked me in the past liked me because I am funny.

I turned down everyone of them because I want someone who likes me for me, and not for my jokes.

Because I'm awesome. Simple as.
I'm intelligent and creative, as is he, and also it helps to find each other attractive.
I don't think you can like someone because they're committed to you. That's like liking someone because they haven't cheated on you yet.

Don't feel bad Furburt, I've been in an exactly identical situation.
Let's be cynical and bitter together, shall we?
