Just about anything from Silent Hill scares the hell outta me.

Also the Scarecrow in Arkham Asylum, more for the sequences involving him than the character himself. The Morgue nearly gave me a heart attack.

You play through all of Earthbound which is this happy-go-lucky RPG and then you walk into metallic inards and find the essence of all evil with creepy ass music where all you can do is pray to live. It's the scariest damn thing if you have the build-up. Not to mention you're like, 6.

You play through all of Earthbound which is this happy-go-lucky RPG and then you walk into metallic inards and find the essence of all evil with creepy ass music where all you can do is pray to live. It's the scariest damn thing if you have the build-up.

Though to be fair, your fists were pumping by the end of that fight.
This music only helped to get you psyched up before.

Also a little silly compared to the other ones, but alot of Silent Hill charcters are scary as shit. In the first one, where you're in the school and those kid-things laugh before you ever even see them would freak me out. Or when you talk with Cybill in the Cafe, and you fight a monster with a weapon for the first time.

But as for monsters, almost everything from a horror video game scares me. );

He's fast, wields a chainsaw and you fight him in a small area where the only way to figure out where the hell he's coming from is to listen for the saw to start running.
