Well after putting my nose where i now regret, i encoutered a few times what i thought was slendy him self but turn out to an oddly shaped tree or a thin person playing chicken with a street lamp. It didn't help that i found out that the more you think about him the more likely he will show up and probly stick his cock in your eye (to quote yahtzee)

A little while ago i read a thread saying that this guy had a great idea for a horror game. A game where you were being hunted by the slender man.

Was that the thread where everyone said it was a bad idea so he took a rage and had it locked?

An entire game set around a single monster would be pretty awful. From what I've heard if you see him then you're as good as dead. Wouldn't work IMO.
