Self explanatory, really. What song do you want at your funeral? I'd like a peppy song at mine. Something really discordant with the mood. That ought to be a nice and proper send off.

I've actually told my mother that in the unlikely event of my untimely death, I specifically want this song to play:

Perfectly sums up what death should be in my opinion: A celebration of that person's life as well as the sadness of losing that person for those who are left behind.

EDIT: Did you add that "(in order to troll your close relatives)" to the title? I certainly don't remember it being there when I posted. However, I may not haven paying attention...

I don't know if it would really be trolling them but playing Gangnum Style might be fun. If I play it after the dirt's been dropped, I might actually get some people to dance on my grave!

Lastly, the obvious classic):

I love this song, it's one of the most beautiful songs about endings I've ever heard. So, this is what I'd have.

I think it would be kinda cool to have Alice in Chain's nutshell to be played. other then that... there's always the "_______'s death song"

Why would I care?

After all, I'll be too dead to hear it.

Gangnam Style obviously. In my will I'll leave to my four closest friends the cost of really quick puppeteer-ing lessons so that they can make my dead body do the dance, which will undoubtedly be hilarious as rigor mortis sets in.

Seriously though, I have no idea.

I think we can change the title to 'How would you troll your grieving relatives?' That would more or less be the point ._.

As for thread, I dunno, I guess that bagpipe-y thing that sounds like sandpaper of the ears.

In the event that am given the wrong type of ladder and perish in a hilarious accident:

...Or in the event that I feel like chinning off everyone in attendance, this one at full volume:

Remind me to murder you attend your unfortunate and tragic funeral.

Oh god that's genius. That is the best answer anyone could have ever given. That's not an opinion, either. That is scientific fact.

No offense to all the other beautiful people, though. I only started reading them after posting this, and most of them are pretty good. Most. The ones that aren't, you know who you are.

Yes I am listening to it :p. Fits, somewhat, in this context too.

My sister's a fellow DW fan, so maybe, for a split second, she'll think it was all part of some master plan.

A song for the ages. One that truly captures the nuances of life and death, a perfect musical accompaniment for a soul ascending from this mortal plane. Every note a symphony of emotion, a true crescendo for a life well lived.
