READ THE OP BEFORE POSTING

This time with a twist!

This time we're not giving ourselves powers, we're giving them to others. Bad people to be precise. Yes, we're creating supervillains!

Go to the Superpower Wiki [http://powerlisting.wikia.com/wiki/Superpower_Wiki] and click "random page". Whatever power you land on, this will be the power of your supervillain. Then comes the fun part: come up with a plan of how this supervillain will use this power to either

a) take over the world or
b) destroy the world.

It doesn't have to involve the power directly. The power can be also used as a means to an end, but if you can use the power directly to pursue the above goals, all the better.

I'll get this rolling. My power turned out to be Water platform creation [http://powerlisting.wikia.com/wiki/Water_Platform_Creation].

My supervillain is Tsunami Man, and he will use this power to create tidal waves and tsunamis (hey, they can be used as platforms too!) to attack coastlines, sending the world spiraling into chaos as Wall Street, Tokyo, San Fransisco, Los Angeles, and many more major cities are sent crashing under the waves!

Huh ... well look at that.
I have a power that activates many other powers via emotion, mostly strong emotion.
Since I am a super-villain, I will mostly be homicidal, angry, furious, enraged, and etc. Lets see what powers that gets us.

Oxygen Manipulation when enraged or homicidal.
Plasma Generation/Electricity Generation when indignant and seething.
Telekinesis when frightened, serene or furious.
Twister Generation when the user is irritated or angry.

It's like a Russian roulette where everyone gets fucked.
I'm fucked, you're fucked, WE'RE ALL GOING TO GET FUCKED!
Especially if the rule of "if the emotions get stronger, the power do also" applies.

I mean if I get so homicidal that I want the world to die, all oxygen can go away, or up everyone's butts and inflate them like a balloon until they pop.

... and that is why I would be named "The Pisser".

Oh yeah, can't forget about the stampede of twisters, flying cars/buildings covered in electricity. Jeez, I'm an asshole if this ever happens.
