I love mustelids and wanted an ermine for my icon. This isn't actually my first choice, but by favorite image has text I wasn't sure would still be readable.

His name is Ral Zarek [http://community.wizards.com/go/thread/view/75842/27800625/INN_Two_New_Planeswalkers_in_Innistrad], and he will probably be a playable character in a Duels of the Planeswalkers expansion, and/or a planeswalker in Innistrad.

It's Toan, the most androgynous character I've ever liked. I took it off google images.

Side note: What he's doing is restoring a piece of the nearly-destroyed world he inhabits after having retrieved it from the deepest depths of a very deep dungeon full of twisted monsters. He is a badass.

Bottomline: It's a genuinely good show that is surprising do to it's source material and has gained fandom from unexpected places.

My Avatar is General Fluttershy.
Why? Because when I saw it I knew it was perfect.

Silent Hill 3 is my favorite game and my personal favorite in the series.

Mine isn't a story so much as a weird little daydream I had the day before becomiong part of this glorious online community. I was thinking about Atlas, the mythical being once thought to be holding up the world and imagined other Atlases holding up the other planets.
Pluto guy would be way out where no one cares if he does his job, Saturn guy would be thinking suicidal thoughts, the asteroid belt guy... would be running around in a circle desperately trying to keep all the little rocks afloat?
Seeing this, I think our guy would be laughing his celestial ass off, thus causing earthquakes.
That is why I picked an image of Atlas, drew a cartoon eyes, a mouth, and big "HA HA HA"'s on it in MS paint, and used it as my avatar.

Quoting aside, he's Charlie Prince from the 2007 remake of 3:10 to Yuma, portrayed by Ben Foster. Great villain from a great movie. If you haven't seen Mangold's 3:10 to Yuma, I highly recommend you do.

I love the Character Darth Maul (anyone says that there were only three SW movies, and I castrate them and turn their intestines into a monorail for their balls), and I like the Matrix theme, and I have GIMP 2, the rest you can figure out.

As for teh story, with Space Age computing in the SW universe, the Emperor came up with a devious plan, he created a game that actually logged people into his Matt Ricks server (Matt Ricks was his favourite musician at the time, a former employee of Jabbas) where they were hypnotised by the awesome tunes and gave him their allegiance in return for more music, And Darth Maul now patrols the sever, looking for Obi-Wan, where he will permanently switch his connection to the Rick Astley Server...

I love metroid (NOT OTHER M) and I thought the fusion suit was the best looking, Also metroid is my favorite metroid game as I enjoyed the way the story was done, mixed the series up good for me

What is the story of your Avatar? You know, that little thing above your badges.

My Avatar is Maytag, the main character of the webcomic Flipside [http://flipside.keenspot.com/]. There are several reasons for this.

1) I love that webcomic. ^^ It was inspired by Slayers, one of my favorite animes.

2) The character reminds me of me. ^^ We have a very similar outlook on life and relationships.

3) She's pretty! ^^ I like having a pretty avatar.
