Wow...Just uggh. Wow.
I had a serious "..." moment at that. Especially since she didn't say anything about the games I was buying, which were Japanese only (and one of them was frickin' Tokimeki Memorial Girl's Side [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tokimeki_Memorial_Girl%27s_Side], a dating sim, and therefore ALL TEXT), but the PSP, which can be set to dang near any language you want.
.................
Your post and this thread has just proven how stupid people are.

When i went to EB, i started to play a PS3 on display, and it broke
I asked the guy if this happens a lot and he said "well, we're supposed to reply no."

I haven't got one yet, I've been stupid and sorting things out slowly. Its my fault but its still annoying to get ID'd for an 18 when you are 18 and unable to prove it.

I shop at target because its closer and I just like it better. I have to have my mom come and buy my M games now though. I used to be able to myself, but now they want fucking ID and i got in trouble the first time they did it to me.
Im 15, but i can pass for 18... not anymore

I was in line a couple months back and the freak in front of me was trying to return the copy of Street Fighter 4 he?d bought the day before because "it doesn?t add anything to the story line of the series" ...

It was more annoying for me. I had to suffer the embarassment of buying Mirror's Edge for you. At least I won't have to do that again, though.
Can we forget about this?! First because I didn't pass for 16 even though I was, and further because I bought Mirror's Edge for some reason.
But they're both so marvellous for making fun of you! Why should we forget about them?

A couple of years ago in gaming section a little kid ran over to the games and took out Starwars Repuclic Commando and went all like "Can I have this game? It's where you are a robot who kills other robots!" And his dad was just like "No." Hilarious.
i love it when parents are harsh in a game store xD

Actually, the OP got it right, it is stupidest and not most stupid. Sorry to call you out on it, but I did English at A-Level and I know the OP is correct.

Especially when the kid got it completely wrong :) Since when are the Clones 'robots'? I actually bought that game for Xbox when my parents got me a 360 for doing well in my GCSE's a few years ago, then afterwards found it wasn't backwards compatible. That pissed me off no end, especially since I'd had a previous taste of how good that game was at a friend's house and really wanted to get it...

Did you actually sell it to them in the end? Or refuse to serve them?

EDIT: Sorry for the double post...

Odd my English teacher would love to argue with you but I won't, thanks for the correction.
However I will argue that in his original context 'What's the stupidest/wierdiest/funniest thing' most stupid would flow much better along with some other things I would change in the sentence.

Okay, okay I'll go to work...

Thank god for those self-checkout things.
Don't you have to ask the employee's to get certain things, like games?
