This leads me to believe that the Guard Dog might not have been a joke. [http://www.teamfortress.com/1308.htm]
If I remember correctly, some kid mailed Valve to send him a Force-A-Nature and he got back a similar looking sheet. It looks easy enough to do in a dayJesterOfPuppets said:That does engender the question of where the letter posted on the TF2 site came from...
I can't believe that valve threw that together in a day
It is. [http://twitter.com/ValveNews/status/4144024662] We can all relax. The Great JT said:This leads me to believe that the Guard Dog might not have been a joke. [http://www.teamfortress.com/1308.htm]

"Reliable Excavation & Demolition (RED) and Builders League United (BLU), are meant to represent two holding corporations that between them secretly control every government on the planet."
How about you Check the Time stamps.JesterOfPuppets said:Right back at'cha. Please dear LORD check your sources before posting this stuff.
Oh god, not again. Valve does NOT have a twitter account. Quoted from the TF2 forums:Insomniactk said:It's a joke...

To sum it up, twitter IS fake. Dog is PROBABLY fake.VALVe has NO TWITTER.
ValveNews is not their official twitter account. They have none.
Proof they are not the official twitter:

http://twitter.com/ValveNews/status/1931139322
http://twitter.com/ValveNews/status/1931146676
There, they said they weren't an official account.
Which means that this:

Saying that the Dog thing is a joke is NOT an official statement.
Maybe it is a joke and they wont implement it, but Valve didnt confirm it yet (As far as I know).
STOP linking to this and freaking REALIZE that valve has no twitter account.
Please link to this thread so that everyone may realize this.
(If you want to.)
Thank you.

Maybe a hint to a new unlockable for Engi! "wink wink"Arcanz said:Guard dog can be pretty much anything, seeing as it is an "invention" it's probably NOT A REAL DOG. But some kind of device. If it is real...
Details please? From what I've seen the game is the closest to being balanced since release.BonsaiK said:Spies are overpowered in TF2 and something does need to be done to rectify that.

The dog from HELL!
I would be foolish to not say I was wrong once I have been proven .so This is a joke from vALVE, and is not an actual addition to the game.
It's called playing along. Frankly AI characters would mean remaking all the maps to include nodes as well as coding NPCs and a imperial fuckounce of other stuff. Plus the model looks ... amateur made. I don't see how anyone could confuse this with anything other than an amusing joke.JesterOfPuppets said:Sorry pal, no joke.
