Plague doctors, bees, and The Enigma of Amigara Fault. That last one is a one-shot manga, look it up if you want to have nightmares.
Hah! I'll take your challenge. By now, the internet (and previously mentioned Lovecraftian horrors) has desentizised me to the point of almost going full circle.
Google, here we go.

EDIT: Oh wait. I just found an image of it, and realized that I've read it.
I laughed at it. >_>

Freaky Fred. He's very... Naughty...
I've got nothing but agreement for this. On a side note, that was one of my favorite episodes, behind "The Tower of Dr. Zalost". That was a creepy show, but they usually had the laughs to balance it out.

Twin Peaks. That show was creepy...
Or the book Pet Semmatary. I had to read it in one night. I didn't sleep. For 3 days. My dog scared the hell out of me while I was reading...

When I was little, I slept in the upstairs bedroom for the first time. I was terrified that either the Joker or Darth Vader would come out and slash me.

Nowadays, my fears are the following four:

1) Spiders
Huge, giant tarantulas. They scare the stuffing out of me. They're big, and hairy, and ugly, and just.....*shudder*

2) Darkness

As cliche as it is, it's one of my greatest fears. I can never know what's out there, and in pitch darkness, every sound, every flash of light, and every movement is magnified by a thousand. It's scary, it's terrifying, and it's unnerving. Yeesh.

3) Heights

Any of my friends can tell you that when I'm on a high bridge, cliffside road, or even the upper floor of the mall, anytime I look down, I visibly shudder. I'm so afraid of falling, it's not even funny.

4) Kingdom hearts Yaoi fangirls.

Dear Lord, those girls are creepy. Actually, fangirls in general are pretty creepy, but these ladies......yikes. Same goes for Twilight fangirls, ESPECIALLY when you denounce it as Stupid.

So yeah, these are the things that keep me awake at night. And while they're not my greatest fears, watching videos of BioShock, God of War, and The Path were extremely unnerving when I first saw them. [i[The Path[/i] was particularly unsettling. Poor Ginger...

Same as most people. If I can't see around me, I have a fear of the unknown.

Also, if I'm walking and I pass a stranger, I get all on edge. It's like my body is preparing itself on the off chance that the person might try to mug me or something.

Another thing. Sometimes I feel like something's behind me, although I'm pretty sure that happens to alot of people.

Is anyone like me and actually ENJOYS the dark, and not afraid of it in the slightest? I actually get more comforable sitting in the dark. I find walking through silent, pitch black streets at 2 AM peaceful.

Also, when I was a kid, Mr Burns in the X-files episode of the Simpsons scared the bajeezus out of me.
I'd forgotten about that Simpsons episode. That scared the hell outta me too.
I also have this fear of the creepy X-files theme in general..you know, the music that plays in the opening of each show. Just hearing it without seeing the actual show is enough to send me hastily attempting to leave the room...no matter how old I am. >_<

The TV show theme that scared me the most was Unsolved Mysteries. I still remember hearing it from my parent's bedroom, followed by instant terror. (I was very young when it first came out... The ghost stories in particular scared the socks off me)

And the other would be when I accidently summoned Cthulhu in my bathroom.
No, I'm not joking. I'm 100% serious.
I could see the light dim as if something was blocking the door and I felt a gust of warm air on my neck, coming from slightly above. Of course, when I turned around there was nothing there, so I figured it was just my imagination, and that I was tired.
That night I slept very badly and dreamt of shrill flutes being "played" in no particular melody, just a long series of noises. And anyone who knows their Lovecraft know why that is a bad thing.
I then woke up in the middle of the night to hear some sounds fade away. The "splotch, splotch, splotch" of something big, wet and slimy walking across my floor.

Basically I crawled into the corner of my bed and sat there, hugging my knees and desperately focusing only on keeping my eyes shut, and feeling the wall pressed against my back because I just knew that if I forgot about either for just a split second, and opened my eyes to see what was in front of me, or forgot that I wasn't anywhere else than in my room I'd be dead.
The worst part is, whilst hearing no sound, you can feel every damp breath he takes and exhales brush against your closed eyelids, and you know that each drop of sweat from your face is thoroughly smelled. He will wait, and wait, and wait, and wait, and there is nothing you can do about it. Don't. open. your. eyes.

And with that little detail, I made your dream 20 times more scary. You're welcome.

Anyway, I'll just go with spiders. I'm not really afraid of spiders, I happily let a tarantula walk across my hand (they're fuzzy), and jumping spiders are just so cute (I mean, d'awwwwww [http://gingerpancake.com/Fireworks%208%20files/jumping_spider_large.jpg]) but the one's in the middle are just....ugh. Medium to large sized, hairy but not fuzzy-hairy (like prikly hairy you know), those freak me out so much.

1. Mirrors, definitely. If I look into a mirror for too long I tend to start thinking weird things about perspective and death and it gives me the shakes. Plus half the time I expect to see a ghost standing behind my reflection or something cinematic like that.

2. I always have to check the backseat before getting into my car at night to make sure nobody's hiding back there with a hatchet.

3. Dolls. I have Chucky issues.

4. That one Lizzie Borden ditty

And a lot of other small things... I'm easily creeped.

I don't know why but old people in nursing homes, nursing homes and hospitals gives me the creeps. I think it's nursing homes/people in them because it shows what I could end up like (someone who can't take care of themselves and has to have someone else feed them, dress them and clean them). Hospitals just smells horrible, so clean.

big-head-monster. He/she/it is like my personal pyramid-head. When I was a kid, 8 or so, I had a high fewer and hallucinated that the plaster from the ceiling dripped down and formed a white humanoid creature that had a huge head(like half of it's size), a kitchen knife, and was wrapped in white towels. It just stabbed and stabbed me again and again, and then it's head fell off. And it stabbing me really hurt. (I was fewerish, and probably in pain) I saw it in my nightmares occasionally, and it's head would always fall off.

I still see it in my dreams, and it still scares me. I admit, I have deliberatly grown the fear towards it, making it even more of a monsterously powerful in my dreams, since it's kinda nice to have something you really fear in your dreams, for no particular reason, apart from it being scary. And stabbing you.
