The tale of Zathrian's family in Dragon Age: Origins brought me tears. It's the stuff with kids I can't take.

I also get teary in the original Fable when you find out your mother blames herself for your "death." Just hits hard.

When I finished Half Life 2 for the first time I had a horrible feeling for about 2 weeks because I didn't know what will happen to Alyx. I was 14 at the time, I had a crush on her, don't judge me >.<

SPOILERS FROM FF6

The end of the Phantom Train part where Cyan sees his family and everyone from Doma boarding. Also from the same game when Cid dies and Celes contemplates suicide, then when she sees Locke's headband on the bird.

Remember in Fable 2 when that bandit leader guy kicks your dog? The first time I saw that I got so enraged I backed that bastard into a corner and beat the crap out of him until he died, didn't even let him make a single attack.

Pokemon Mystery Dungeon 1's storyline. I panicked/raged at the part where Gengar made the townsfolk try to kill you, and cried with my partner when you had to leave and turn back into a human. Never before has a game made me do that. I've replayed that game 80+ times just for the story :D

first and most prominant was Meryl dying and the original MGS trailer; the one with all the C4. Raiden meeting his son for the first time was pretty awesome to did not cry but it was an awwwwwwwwwww moment. hon mentions go to; Noami Hunters death speech and the one where she reveals grey fox.

BIONIC ARM!

And similar moments ...

Such as Daigo vs Justin in Evo '04.
Took me about 10 minutes to pick my jaw up off of the floor.

Reading the Codex pages from Altair in AC2. When playing AC1 Altair was not what you'd call the most likable game character ever and in comparison to Ezio he was about as sympathetic as earwig, and this is excluding that they are both fictional characters when all is said and done. But reading about his life leading the Assassin's order after Al Mualim's death. The losses he suffered, the things he gained, and just generally seeing him progress though old age to the last entry written pretty much on his deathbed. I really felt for the guy.
Now I feel like I should have read those. I loved Altair as a character, and I'm not sure why... he was pretty straightforward, and relatively bland. xD
I liked Altair too, if only because he starts off as kind of a prick, but learns his lessons by the end of the game. He learns that following the Creed was more important than his pride and ego
Despite the Creed being led by a traitor, but hey, whatever. He learnt something. Thats good =P

OT: Something that made me rather emotional was both endings in Infamous 2:

If you pick the good ending, Cole sacrifices himself for a chance to save his best friend and all plague afflicted humans. In the last cinematic, Zeke replaces Cle doing the narration, and it was really sad to me.
Pick the evil option on the other hand, and you decide that humanity will be better off with a more advanced "race" leading the charge into the future; at the cost of your best friend and the lives of every human suffering from the plague. Long story short, you have to kill Zeke. The game won't let you ignore him or run away. You stare him down and shock him until he dies.

Wheatley's betrayal in Portal 2 hit me really hard. It was the first time the whole betrayal twist had actually felt like a betrayal, because I'd genuinely become attached to him and because it obviously wasn't premeditated; things just sort of happened that way, and up until that point he'd genuinely been trying to help me. I couldn't help but break down crying when he apologized at the end. :(

I've put this in a previous post like this one, but at the end of Kingdom Hearts 2's prologue, before Roxas gets absorbed into Sora. It was so sad, seeing him with no control over his fate. I know he techincally IS Sora, but he still feels like a completely different person. Not to mention the music. His theme always hits me right in the heart.

Mass Effect 2. I was female Shepard and had to decide for the romantic thing if to be with Garus or Thane. I actually stopped playing just to think about it.

Persona 3 Portable. *ENDING SPOILERS*

The ending really made me sad which surprised me a LOT. Usually the main character dying makes me feel just a tiny bit sad, but after I died I was like "What the hell?!" And it made me feel a bit depressed for a few days. Thing is I don't get why it bothered me, I've seen many main characters die before but this actually got me depressed and down for a while...

I was gonna say summoning Izanagi in Persona 4 sent a chill down my spine, but now I have a better one.

Nanako's 7th Social Link event. The game needs to give you the option to give the girl a hug goddammit!

Edit: Oh, some other ones too. The game needs to give you the option to beat the shit out of the sleazy reporters in Yukiko's S. Link and the bullies in Chie's S. Link. Yeah, this game kinda does it for me. Just wait till I start P3.
