But it's really just a way to ostracize and marginalize the culture(s) that aren't in power.

The uncomfortable truth is that in the near future whatever positive relationships that exist between countries/peoples/governments will break down and those with the most weapons will survive.
  
  If you are able to read this thread, you will probably lead a wealthier life than 80% of the planet.
