I know this may seem like a silly question to ask, but would we be allowed to change our characters outfits for this upcoming reboot, of which I am currently writing Aleister's updated character sheet.
I don't see a reason why not. it's your character and it's not like changing appearance really changes any of the character dynamic.

why don?t you try your age draining powers out on someone like Oubliette, I?m sure someone who?s only human trying to drain youth from someone whose potentially a few hundred or so years old.
I already considered that when creating the character, and trust me there is such a thing as too young.

Character History:

In the annals of history, little is known about Aleister?s birth and his early years; even to him it is a mystery. He was found abandoned and alone, wandering on along the dark city streets of his supposed home in Nukia Ryjah; translated, it means Rogue Haven, and that?s what he did, when he was about five, he lived as a pickpocket. This had gone well for a few years, until he tried to pickpocket this strange man wielding an odd looking sword. Little did he knew, that this man would change his life.

After being chased throughout the streets, desperate to get away; Aleister found himself cornered in a back alley, with little means of escape, he pulled out a knife, ready to defend himself should he be attacked. The old man soon found him; he stood calm, and didn?t seem angered by the young boy?s attempt at picking his pocket. In fact, a smile appeared on his face, almost pleased that someone could before such an action with grace. The man welcomed himself as Nisak Krios, a master swordsman from the Auron Order of Blades; and offered Aleister a chance to become something greater. With very few alternatives at hand, Aleister accepted, and was ?adopted? shall we say by the man who he would come to see as a father figure.

So, for the next ten years of his life, Aleister learned the art of swordplay, under the careful guidance of Nisak Krios. In doing so, he became a better man, and had given up his former life. Throughout the years they spent together, most of it involved travelling; whereby Aleister could learn more about the world that he inhabited, as when he was younger, there was little time to study. This was also and a long sought after opportunity to try and find his parents, and to find answers as to why he was abandoned.

However, when he was fifteen, a strange power started to emerge from within; as he would occasionally let loose a random blast of energy that emanated from his hands. They both soon discovered that he had been gifted with the art of elemental magic. Nisak saw this as an opportunity to further Aleister?s skills, and he slowly became able to weave magic onto its blade, bestowing it with properties in relation to what element of magic he casted.

Sadly though, the good times would not last forever. As when he reached twenty years of age, tragedy stuck. At the time, they had been travelling around the Lacuna Archipelago when they were attacked by bandits let by a cunning woman named Michelle Knox. Although the two swordsmen thought bravely, in the end it was failure, as Knox herself dealt the killing blow to Krios through the use of a concealed blade; Aleister on the other hand was rendered unconscious.

Feeling sorry for failing his mentor, he took it upon himself to not rest until the woman who killed his mentor was brought to justice. Dropping the search for his parents almost entirely, he carried Nisak?s blade, and set off to track the woman down. We continue our story seven years later, in the Jewel Ocean; where he would find new friends.

The rag tag group of tower climbers have conquered many challenges in their time, and have faced many perils along the way. Each has grown, some in more ways than others. During their time in the Forgotten Expanse, before the battle against the lizard queen Calgradni and her hoard of Lallow; Aleister was removed from the field of battle, having been offered a place by the Shinigami Order, or Reaper Agency, both names are interchangeable. Their job is to keep the balance between life and death, to ensure that the souls of the deceased do not linger around too long. A reason for why he was recruited, was that he had the potential, for what he does not know as of yet. In return for joining them, they would assist in tracking down Michelle Knox.

Armed with a new form, and powerful abilities, Aleister returned to the field of battle to aid his friends against Calgradni who by this point had become a dragon. They would not realise who their mysterious assistant was till later.

Their current destination is Abzerosa, more commonly known as The Ice Box. Here in this cold wasteland, Aleister found love in the form of a fellow climber, an elf by the name of Faunra Scarlet. Many things will happen to this couple, but their trust in one another will be as strong, if not greater when it is all over. It was here that he revealed his Reaper side to the others.

Reasons To Ascend The Tower:

Through his journey of the tower, Aleister?s reasons for climbing it have only grown. Firstly, is to avenge the death of his mentor. Second, is to ensure that he and Faunra survive the ordeals, and hopefully live as a couple when all is over. Finally, is to truly understand what he is capable of as a Reaper.

Personality:

Aleister is a relatively calm person; he rarely raises his temper, and only does so in dire circumstances. He can come off as a friendly person, with a rather intelligent mind. Many consider him to be quite the gentlemen, willing to help others, especially ladies, if they are in need of assistance.

Notable Skills:

Aleister is an expert swordsman, mastering the use of both single handed and two handed blades. He is also a powerful Red Mage, being able to apply various elemental properties to his attacks. Aleister is also literate, and very knowledgeable of the world, thanks in part to Krios teachings, but also of his own curiosity.

Equipment:

Aleister wields three blades in his possession; the first two are his own, which is a long sword with a slightly curved edge, and is accompanied by a long knife with a straight edge, people have mistake the shorter blade to be a short sword. Finally, there is Krios?s own blade, the Edge of Soul, an intricate blade of unknown origins, but legendary status. Other equipment includes a medical kit with various means to cure a variety of injuries.

I figure the worst you?re doing to Oubliette is reversing her changes back for as long as you pull back might be fun to watch you try, but I wouldn?t do it for too long.
Hundreds and Hundreds might have been a bit of an underestimate
Just a tiny one mind

You don't get younger, you get older, Reina gets younger but... issues arise for immortals and other beings.

Heres my character sheet :)
Name: Kearu Tandeer

Age & Gender: Female, 24 (Teen for the races standards)
Height & weight: 5.6. 3 stone

Appearance: Thin and very tall. Flowing Dark blue hair that can be seen from outside her robe. Slightly glowing blue eyes with Robes that covers all her body except the face and falls all to the ground when hovering. Her Skin feels velvety to the touch and she hovers along the floor. Her Robes change colour depending on her mood and is generally a whitish colour. Her eyes also change colour due to mood. Her robe fixes itself given enough time. Only her face is not covered by her robe.
Looks slightly like this.

History: Having come from a race of very spiritual and peaceful beings of the sands of her home world, Kearu grew up surrounded by the peaceful nature of her fellows and learned to love her culture and the ways of her people until when she was 22 her home saw a devastating attack from a strange and alien force of men and powerful machines. Her people unprepared for such warfare were almost wiped out by this attack.
Only a few of Kearu's people escaped the war and were forced to abandon their sandy home and run for safety. During the chaos of the flee Kearu found herself alone and abandoned by the rest of her people. After searching desperately for her people she came across the tower portal and ran in to continue her search for her people.
Reason to be here/things to do: Kearu is desperate to be reunited with the people who abandoned her simply because she has no other home or family.

Personality: Generally playful and peaceful manner. She is quite forgetful and can forget even the simplest of things until prompted. She tends to become very depressive when reminded of her past and what happened to her home. Is very protective over those she cares for and is willing to put herself in harm's way to protect them. Is incredibly hard to annoy or irritate but once angered can quickly gain a fury to make the strongest man quiver and is very hard to calm down. She is very intelligent and generally will try and come up with a peaceful solution. Kearu although generally playful has a fear and mistrust of technology. She also cannot bear to be seen without wearing her robes when around people although she may choose to reveal herself to a very close individual as well as a fear of being left alone or parted from those she is close to.

Notable skills: Telepathy allows her to communicate with beings where she normally would be unable to. Telekinesis allows her to control objects with her mind (prefers to use this rather than doing things manually). Can gain certain powers due to her mood. When in a caring mood she gains the power to create telekinetic barriers and can heal minor injuries quickly but over time can heal more major injuries. When Angry her telekinesis becomes a lot for powerful allowing her to manipulate heavier objects as well as in extreme circumstances rip straight through flesh and bone. When serious she gains more precise actions such as being able to operate delicate and complex equipment with her telekinetic powers. When in a playful and happy mood she can calm the moods of people in her area. These are her main powers but she has noticed other such occurrences that happen due to different emotions but due to her age she does not currently understand all of these nor does she have complete control over these powers. Her powers tax her body and she can only use one or two major abilities per day before having to rest and exceeding this could lead to her losing consciousness until her body has regained its strength.

Equipment: Kearu carries next to nothing of her homeland accept her all covering robe and the small number of objects that she carries within her robe. She carries two crystals that allow her and the holder of the other crystal the power to telepathically communicate between the two. She also holds a crest with the symbol of her people on it as a remembrance. Kearu also carries an small flute like wind instrument that seemingly only works for her. This instrument has the effect of calming the temperaments of those in the vicinity when played.

Extra Information: Kearu is illiterate of any written language except her own which is similar to hieroglyphics. She eats via a form of photosynthesis through her robes.

Name: Ronden, Master of Monsters

Age & Gender: 25

Height & Weight: 4ft 5 in. 120 pounds.

Appearance: Ronden is a burly short man with highly toned muscles, his skin tone is a deep purple and his eyes glow red. While some find this odd, such an appearance is common in his floor. Ronden's face shows several long marks that imply healed scars, though a great deal is covered by his orange beard mustache combo. He wears full plate armor and carries twin axes that each glow a light blue endlessly. The axes are both regular sized single hand axes, made for someone much larger than Ronden. His helmet is a basic iron that has two protruding horns, both curving back and forming an extra layer over the iron. He wears large plate armor over his chest, though his arms are uncovered. His armor seems to be crafted by a master and while not only being pretty, also is highly sturdy and can absorb shock from the toughest of hits.

History: Ronden grew up in his floor's only city of Lontopia. Lontopia is a mix of high energy technology and magic. While weapons never were needed to expand past that of axes and arrows, machinery is used to construct major buildings and electricity is everywhere. Ronden showed great promise as a Master class, standing far above many of his comrades. The scholar class and normal people tended to flock around him quite a bit whenever he made his spectacle of showing dominance over a bear or some other creature. However, when it was revealed at eighteen that his true Mastery was over monsters and abominations, he found himself cast out to the vatlands. A horrific reality of the self contained city. While it flourished inside, it had drained the entire floor around it and left it polluted by expended chemicals and waste. In the outer city vatlands, he met up with the other Monster Masters, themselves too cast out and within two years, Ronden had risen up. An inspiring leader to those, he had attempted to gain outsider influence, though that was never easy for him due to his appearance. When the insiders discovered the vatland sanctuary, a purging began. They had never intended for anyone to survive and find companionship there. The initial purge was brutal, over half of Ronden's comrades were executed, the rest scattering. It was then that Ronden made a promise to climb the tower, gain the power needed to revive everyone lost and set things equal.

Personality: Ronden waits for nobody and is not quick to trust. He has a mission and has learned through his power set that dominance is key in any relationship. He does however, have a very kind heart and cares deeply about anyone he lets in.

Notable skills: Ronden is a highly skilled warrior of the Master class. Although the Master class has little to do with physical skill as it does with his actual race, in his floor, the races of human are designated by powers, the master class can control beasts, mechanicals or anything depending on the human. Ronden is a Master of Monsters and as such, has taken a monstrous appearance. Summoning works by channeling energy from submissive monsters and firing it directly from his axes, which are his designated focal points. While any monster that exists in his floor can be summoned anywhere, if Ronden has yet to defeat it, he must prove dominance over it. As such, he can only summon monsters that he himself is stronger than. Ronden is a highly skilled warrior and while not particularly bright, can out strategies quite a few of his race. His monsters have a varied level of intelligence, some of which are highly knowledgeable of areas outside his floor. Many monsters were once climbers themselves, from the land that Ronden comes from. Failing their climb twisted their ego into what they themselves were masters of, thus many of Ronden's monsters know of traps hidden in the tower that they either avoided or were killed by.

Equipment: Ronden can cook, as a general in the army he has also a decent amount of money and leadership experience. Though outsiders often are confused by his small stature and appearance. He can set up a camp and one of the first monsters he learned to control carries quite a bit of his equipment. Allowing for temporary storage.

I am wiling to take any criticism

I'm joining this, give me 24 hours and I'll have a sheet. Also, would a musket be an acceptable weapon?

Huh? Double post or just missing any text?
No idea how that happened but it's been edited in
Being immortal is immune to death, but not aging usually goes hand and hand. Eternal youth is not aging physically, but still able to die.

So even if she targeted an ageless being like Oubliette, she would drain her and make her in to a decrepit old woman or worse. Likewise goes with elves and other types, but like I said, too much can be too much when it comes down to it.

My Captcha was "Enjoy Life", Ha.

That is perfectly fine I'm sure, if someone can figure out a blunderbuss, or dragons breath shoulder mounted, then a musket as a thin tube of metal should work.

We have insane metals and unbreakable armors you know?

Not my best work, but I hope it's acceptable. I'll edit it a fair bit if I can, but I'd appreciate any feedback.
I felt the need to go a bit overboard and goofy with this character, but I may have gone slightly overboard with the overboard-ness.

Name: His Lordship, Master of the Emperor's piece, Defender of the Baitley Drifts Lord Jack Dodger, Marquis of Whaiteford

Age & Gender: 28 year old male

Height & Weight: 6'2", 182 lbs

Appearance

History: His Lordship Jack Dodger was born into a powerful aristocractic family in the Hartley Empire on the floor known as Orrawn (pronounced OH-raw-nn), Jack grew up being taught the virtues of the Empire and his Highness Emperor Dios the Third. Though he never really bought in to the obviously exagerated histories of the empire, he accepted that the order brought about by the empire was far better than the anarchy without, so he sat quiet in his lessons, had high marks from his tutor and generally partook in the life of a bored adolescant aristocrat.

By the time he came of age, dissent among the squabbling outward hamlets had evolved into full scale revolt against the Empire, and the province of Whaiteford found itself on the front lines. Loyal to the Empire and all but surrounded by revolutionary forces, young Jack Dodger prooved himself quite the marksman, as well as a devious and cunning tactician.
The enemy, however, were cunning too.

Rebel saboteurs used the mass of underground glaciers around the area to undermine the Dodger estate, causing it to tumble through the level and into the one belowit. Luckily, there were few home at that point; many of the servants and all the womwn had been evacuated and Lord Dodger Senior had been out in the field at the time. This meant that only Jack and a few servants had been ejected from Orrawn that day. Of them Jack was the only survivor, out of luck more than anything else. He emerged from the wreckage with naught more than a broken wrist, a few broken ribs and a bit of shrapnel, thanking the the gods for absurdly soft featherdown mattresses.

Waiting a full year for his wounds to heal, the young lord began his climb back up to his homeland, arriving to find the war over, the Empire as stable as it had ever been and his father dead. For his amazing treck, the Emperor awarded him with the honourary title of Defender of the Baitley Drifts, as well as the titles of his late father.

After returning more-or-less to routine, Jack found himself lapsing into long periods of lethargy, finding himself longing more and more for the thrill and adventure of his time beneath Orrawn, and the death-defying fun of his climb back home.
So, on the eve of the fifth anniversary of his return home, he prepared for a journey that he was sure he wouldn't return. He would climb Druaga.

Reason to be here/things to do: Fun, pure and simple. His Lordship seeks the thrill of the climb, nothing more.

Personality: Generally friendly, but with what can only be desribed as an addiction to snark which makes relationships difficult. Good humoured, yet vengeful with a tendency to believe that he knows better than those around him thanks to his upbringing telling him just that. Values his intellect and expresses distaste for those who use brute force to solve their problems.

Notable skills: An excellent marksman and decent swordsman, a natural apptitude for languages, a clever tactician (a fact that clearly carries over into his conversations) and an understanding of the physical laws of the Tower. Has a pleasant singing voice.

Equipment: 2 concealed pouches of moderate size containing various precious metals and stones to barter, a musket made of brass, steel and a bone handle, all hardened with an oil-based finish bolstered by the cold, attached to a sharpened piece of the unique stone-like substance that hangs like stalactites from Orrawn's highest points (more expensive than platinum, stronger than steel, cuts better than diamond), several dozen bullets filled with a highly explosive mixture of dragon's breath and Crystaline Winter- the odd blue substance that permeates Orrawn's air and brings permenant winter to the level.
Along with this, he carries a saber made of folded steel and covered in crystaline winter, a bed-roll, a month of rations, a bottle of painkillers, a 20 foot rope with attachable grappling hook and 5 square yards of cloth.

EGADS! My sheet was so terrible it scared everyone off!
Not necessarily :p

Also I'm happy to see another "normal" character amidst all the craziness of cursed characters and half-man, half-boar people. Not that I hate them(on the contrary I love all the imagination), I feel like normal characters like these are the backbone of any RP such as this.

As for your sheet, I'm loving the steampunk adventurer feel to it but it kinda comes off that he's that deranged adrenaline junkie type person. That's what I got from the history and his personality and all.

Just a teeny-weeny suggestion, there probably is a number of levels in the Tower that neither adventures account for nor write about the laws or customs so I assume that his knowledge of "all the laws of tower" stretch to just the scientific or the physical wise(which is a real long shot). Maybe just tone it down to a good knowledge of most levels. A little surprise won't hurt anybody.
