While I haven't actually watched more than an episode or two,so I probably can't judge, I got the impression that it was all pretty standard fare outside of the combat scenes.

Until recently I'm not sure what I would have said, and "weird" could still mean a lot of different things in terms of description, however currently it would probably ending being Chaos;Head since I just finished marathoning it and it really is confusing as fuck up until near the end.

Pani Poni Dash! and the OVA of Yuri Seijin Naoko-san. They're so absurd, it feels like you're getting beaten up by the things that are happening on-screen.
