The Bad Lieutenant came out in 2009, oh smug one. He was also good in Kick Ass, which was a 2010 release (though that character lacked the same depth).
Ah, but I clearly said that I didn't know about that title, oh illiterate one =p

But anyway, I'm just not a fan of his acting of late. It's always the same character, this character being a person that I just don't like. He makes a decent bad guy, though.
Ah, but clearly you said he hasn't been in a good movie in over a decade, oh chronologically challenged one. You not knowing about it doesn't make your statement any less inaccurate, it just shows that you're also too lazy to do fact checking. I couldn't care less if you haven't heard of it, nor does my pointing out your error somehow translate to illiteracy just because you vocalized your own ignorance.

I would agree, however, that he's played in only a few good movies in recent years. He's still a fine actor though (and I don't even like him that much). I just think he sort of stopped giving a crap and needed to pay off his ridiculous back taxes.

WILL FERREL! YOU DAMN, DIRTY APE! The only good movie I've seen with Will Ferrell was "The Other Guys" and that wasn't even thanks to him.
I think The Other Guys was actually pretty bad/mediocre. Nothing really funny or remarkable about it. It was sort of just there. I still like a handful of Will Ferrel movies though.

Brad Pitt, god all that man ever does in movies is eat.
Get out of here. Brad Pitt is awesome.

Se7en, Curious case of Benjamin Button, Fight Club, just to name a few...
Moneyball, The Tree of Life, 12 Monkeys, the man has serious acting chops.

B-movie actors (Tommy Wiseau) .
calling Tommy Weieau a "B-movie actor" is like calling The Room a genious art film

its pushing it

Tommy Weiseu is a bizare entity of his own,

also "B-movie" is a few steps above "obscure indie flcik youve never heard of" like...

Adam Sandler.

There are many, many things that annoy me about movies and actors in this day and age. But none irritate me nearly as much as when an actor is deliberately trying to be funny, and he simply isn't - not by any stretch of the imagination of a sane mind. Adam is the epitome of that.

Two of the worst notable Hollywood actors today are Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner, coincidentally both main characters in the Twilight films. Aside from being mainly famous for starring in that car crash of a narrative, they're just so bland and can't even emote.

Arnold Schwarzenegger. The reason why he's so entertaining and funny in his films and just how quotable he is isn't because he's by any means a good actor.

Michael Cera. I don't know whether or not he's particularly a bad actor per se, but I just find him annoying, can't understand why he's so popular, and he's part of the reason why I didn't like Scott Pilgrim vs. the World.
Is it weird how much I don't like him in the role, yet can't imagine a different actor doing it? I do quite like the movie (albeit it could have split into two parts to fully flesh out the books but whatevs)

you're right, that's really insulting the monument of a man that is The Wiseau.

I had quoted someone, but it didn't pop up. Ah well.

Kirsten Stewart-She mostly blinks more to show more emotion. I noticed it first when I was forced to go watch twilight with a friend. "But(blinkblink)Edward(blinkblinkblink)I dont(blink blinkblinkblinkTwitch)Understand"-etc.
I started counting how many times she blinked. Then that's all i ended up noticing in the movie, besides painful dialogue.

I would say M Night Shamalan. Yes, he is a director, and the Sixth Sense is a fantastic movie. But the Last Airbender is a TERRIBLE one. I don't even blame the actors, they're mostly kids, but really, I blame the writing and that it was allowed to pass through when everyone was so incredibly wooden. (There is NO WAY they could have picked only boring actors. It was the material and instructions they were given, and for the first time in any movie I saw the first 5 minutes and thought "oh god, this is going to suck, and it is going to take foreverrrrrrrr."
Oh, and the 3D took out the one good aspect of the movie, bright blue ice. I'm not bitter...

a B-movie would be like...hmmmm Shoot'em up or somthing

thewase days the distinction is harder to make since "B-movie" is almost a style of its own (Tarantino makes Art/Bmovie/bloackbusters...well if not block busters they are succesful)

I don't like to trash actors or anyone really...but tom Cruise

not because of his acting ability, but because all of the crazy shit he's done I now CANNOT watch him in anything..he;s just too distracting

Dwayne "I'm a rock" Johnson.

I feel that as a person, he seems like he'd be a nice guy, and he's a decent mindless action movie star, but the guy has literally never had a career.

Kristen Stewart just sucks as a person and sucks at life. xD I really cannot stand her acting! It's complete rubbish! I don't like Jennifer Love Hewitt, Sarah Jessica Parker and Jennifer Garner, either.

I seriously cannot stand any movie that Nicolas Cage, Will Ferrell, Michael Cera, Ashton Kutcher, and Ben Affleck are in.

Surprised no one mentioned Adam Sandler. He and his little rat pack of Grown Ups (Scheider, Spade) would be funny believing they are funny, if it wasn't pathetic.
I'm not big on Adam Sandler either, but his performance in Funny People, at least in the first half when the film was actually interesting, was rather sympathetic. But he'll never be taken seriously. I don't think its impossible for Sandler to pull off a good performance in a serious role, but at least as the old, goofy Sandler, whether you liked him or not, new exactly what he was trying to be in that Jim Carrey kind of way. But he'll never find a role that suits him more than a comedian going through a personal breakdown behind closed doors and sinking into his act.

If only that movie hadn't turned into a typical RomCom half way in when Sandler's character's health problem just kinda fixes itself.

Damn guys, I thought you were better than this...
Oh be nice, he's not that bad of an actor!

I'd probobly say Sam Worthington too, he's not the worst actor I've ever seen but he's forgettable and thats a problem.

EDIT: Scratch that, Dwayne Johnson, the only good movie he has been in was "Get Smart"

B-Movie these days would be about half the crap you find in a redbox methinks. I think the horror genre has sort of replaced the action genre in that particular slot of film making.
