Bottled water imo because what I found out on Penn and Teller's: Bullshit is that bottle water isn't from whatever natural source they claim to be. Instead, they are really just ordinary tape (albeit filtered) tap water in cheap plastic bottles! What a rip! Additionally, all the plastic needed to contain such little water is also very eco-unfriendly.
