I think you meant KoToR 2, and to get nitpicky technically Bioware didn't even make that game either. A company called Obsidian Entertainment did. I'm sure if you hassle that company enough they may tell you if they've been cleared by Lucasarts to make a KoToR 3, let alone actually have any plans for one.

Team Ninja- Ninja Gaiden 2
Seriously, TN didn't even pretend to look as if they didn't half ass this game. The fact that I loved the original (one on the xbox rather) made this unforgivable

-DRM
-Any game that shows amazing content before it's release, then when you pick it up you find that some, sometimes a lot, of that content has been stripped away. Biggest dick move companies can do to me or anyone else. That second only to DLC and DRM.

Grasshopper manufacture, for announcing that they will release No More Heroes to in 2010. You're not supposed to say it outright! You're supposed to lead us along, hovering through the air as we imagine Travis slicing some shit up. Announcing the release date a year early will only depress us.

I had others (Brawl, Sonic) but everyone took those.

The worst thing a developer can do is hype up a game then delay release, over and over. Think Diablo 2 or Duke Nukem Forever.

Throwing the release of Mirror's Edge (PC) back TWO WHOLE FLAMING MONTHS and REFUSING TO GIVE US A DEMO. Don't ever do that again, DICE.

You mean they'll have cleared it with Bioware? Bioware is the parent company of Obsidian. They just outsourced the franchise while they worked on Jade Empire.

If by "some idiot" you mean
Janus Hassildor, at the end of a lengthy quest that you had to consciously seek out in order to do,
then you really have nobody to blame but yourself for following through.

Sonic team, for as mentioned stripping Sonic of any dignity whatsoever, and for pretty much pissing on fans of PSO-X. (Phantasy Star Online episode 1 and 2 for xbox)
I was dissapointed at the cancellation of Starcraft: Ghost.
Any time a developer gives in to the fanboys! Eh!
Blizzard for bastardizing Warcraft the strategy game by making WoW.

No, I mean they'll have to have it cleared with Lucasarts. Whether or not Obsidian is a Bioware subsidiary is completely irrelevant. Neither of them can use the Star Wars IP in a game without the go-ahead from George Lucas and Lucasarts. Considering how many Star Wars games that studio sanctions and pushes out I really doubt that getting them to sign off on it would be a problem.
