The point is, ever seen a movie/game/TV Series With Absolutely horrible voice acting/actors.
Like I mean stuff that makes you feel embarrassed for listening them, no matter even if the media would be good otherwise.
I can start with one example that comes in to my mind and suffered with a while ago.

That's not that bad, really. Not the best I've heard, and the pacing is downright strange at times, but at least most of the inflection is believable...or at least they're clearly not trying to phone it in.

I'd argue that Baten Kaitos (the first game) is worse than that. Had to turn off the voices as quickly as soon as I could with that game.

i bet that tales of symphonia 2 is going to be put at least 20 times on this, if the post count gets that big.

I'd like to think people are smarter than that. Johnny Yong Bosch and Terrence Stone alone can carry that game, Laura Bailey isn't that bad, the returning Symphonia VAs are still good, and the replacements...well, they're still not bad, just disappointing (except Genis, who's immeasurably better).

*NOTE* Although al the voice-acting in this trainwreck is horrible, to me it's all about Elco's accent, so only the first two to five minutes require viewing.

The thing about his accent is this: it's Dutch, a freaking Dutch accent. I live in the Netherlands and whenever a dutch(wo)man not too experienced with spoken English tries to speak it, it sounds exactly like THAT. And THEN he combines Dutch with horrible voice acting! It's aweful!

As for why I know this and played this game: I borrowed it from my uncle; the story was bad and the voice-acting horrifying. The combat system was ok though, but that's about it.

And then there's also Chaos Wars, but that only makes my ears bleed and since you specifically asked for the examples that make us feel embarrassed, I give you Elco, who makes me hate my own mothertongue.
