I had no idea what the hell a MOBA was until long after DotA and LoL came out.

I also always have a hard time getting into the acronyms of whatever MMO I'm playing. Raise a hand if you ever played Everquest and wondered what in the hell FBSS, GBS, SSoY and a plethora of other seemingly random letters meant?

In the vast universe of gaming I have experienced such a small selection that I constantly feel out of the loop. I've never played Bioshock, Half Life, Mass Effect, and any number of MMO and strategy games. I've just accepted that no one man can play and enjoy everything so I just stick to what I like and don't lose sleep over stuff I'm missing out on. That's also the way I approach life in general.
